Happiness Is Simple!

On the apex of quiet moments,
the sun kisses the dew is true!
Happiness tiptoes through the grass,
and the subtle sadness was unseen.
Without a grand attire to see,
no trumpet of fanfare was written,
Yet, you can feel its silent presence;
that hums in every heartbeat alike.

It's not a simple raucous carnival,
But like a secret shared with the wind.
It felt like the warmth of a coffee cup
that image of cradled in cold hands,
Like a laughter that escapes
through the least expected means.

Happiness dwells in the spaces
between the lovers breaths!
It expresses itself as a child
widens its hand at a running butterfly.
A weary traveler finds solace
in a stranger's smile alike.
It’s the soft brush stroke of existence.

I simply no seeking it itno-
the grand achievements or
the twinkling distant stars!
Rather I find it in the ordinary magic
of everyday life we live in happiness!
For happiness, my friend,
I believe it is the subtle essence-
that makes our human hearts dance!
