Desde hace aproximadamente dos semanas, mi condición de salud se ha visto un poco afectada, en vista de que la semana pasada estuve presentando de cierta manera, un proceso de malestar de cuerpo, dolor de cabeza y los ojos rojos, con muchas secreciones, por el cual tuve que asistir a consulta y me diagnosticaron una conjuntivitis bacteriana, me mandaron un tratamiento para esa patología, un colirio y acetaminofén, con los días mejoré sin embargo a los días comencé a sentir un decaimiento en el cuerpo es decir un agotamiento y el día de ayer, presente mucho dolor de garganta igualmente de cabeza, dolencias musculares también mucha congestión todos estos síntomas, me generaron pasar una mala noche por lo tanto, al transcurrir las horas de la mañana decidí dirigirme al centro asistencial que queda dentro de mi comunidad, para que me evaluarán.

Al dirigirme al centro asistencial, que queda ubicado en la casa comunal, en el sector super bloque, es un lugar que presta su espacio para el servicio médico dirigido a los habitantes de la población, esto trae mucho beneficio a las personas adulto mayor que padecen de la tensión porque ahí cuentan con una enfermera, secretaria y una doctora de igual manera para los que en algún momento tengamos un padecimiento de salud.

Para continuar, al llegar al dispensario médico, habían 4 personas sentadas afuera esperando su turno para ser atendidos, la secretaria me anoto en la lista de pacientes para llevar el orden para ser atendidos según por orden de llegada, me tocó esperar aproximadamente una hora para llegar mi turno. La doctora tomo mis datos personales y realizó una serie de preguntas luego me evaluó los pulmones, dando como diagnóstico "Bronquitis aguda" como tratamiento me indicaron nebulizar, dos veces al día ya que tengo los bronquios congestionados también tomar antibióticos para la infección respiratoria, tomar abundante líquido y guardar mi reposo médico y tratamiento al pie de la letra, para lograr sanar por completo.

Realmente en estos meses, se ha desatado una gran virosis gripal en la población que puede ser producto por el cambio de clima, la contaminación atmosférica entre otros factores, por todas estas razones es que les aconsejo que se cuiden además traten de no mojarse con la lluvia para evitar enfermedades.

When I went to the assistance center, which is located in the community house, in the super block sector, it is a place that lends its space for medical service to the inhabitants of the population, this brings much benefit to the elderly people who suffer from stress because there they have a nurse, secretary and a doctor, as well as for those who at some point have a health condition.

To continue, when I arrived at the medical dispensary, there were 4 people sitting outside waiting for their turn to be seen, the secretary wrote me down on the list of patients to take the order to be seen in order of arrival, I had to wait about an hour to get my turn. The doctor took my personal information and asked me a series of questions, then she evaluated my lungs, giving me a diagnosis of "Acute Bronchitis" as a treatment I was told to nebulize twice a day since my bronchial tubes are congested, take antibiotics for the respiratory infection, drink plenty of fluids and keep my medical rest and treatment to the letter, to achieve complete healing.

Really in these months, a great flu virus has been unleashed in the population that may be a product of climate change, air pollution among other factors, for all these reasons is that I advise you to take care of yourself and try not to get wet with rain to avoid diseases.
