I start with this phrase, everything in excess is harmful, and this time I talk about ethyl alcohol since it is taken frequently and in large quantities gradually affecting our body, mind and health in general, in my youth when I attended a social outing, yes I was influenced and consumed alcohol being influenced by the social environment and also adopted the same position the rest of the others present, this in order that alcohol made me feel active, cheerful and at the same level of those who were in the place.
However since about 10 years I stopped consuming alcoholic beverages, I think that it is not necessary in my life and I do not give it importance, in the same way I take advantage of going out I share and enjoy with my family and friends in a social environment but I limit myself to consume juices, soft drinks and in the same way I had a good time, I maintain a cheerful and optimistic attitude I focus on sharing with those people who are special in my life also if it is dancing I enjoy it, so I am a supporter that alcoholic beverages are not necessary and important to have a good time in a social environment everything will depend on self-esteem, mentality and maturity with which we live life.
