Modo de preparación:
En un bolw vamos a agregar agua con un poco de sal al gusto incorporamos la harina de maíz y procedemos a unir constantemente y obtener una masa suave y moldeable después incorporaremos nuestra remolacha que previamente fue lavada/ pelada y rayada luego seguimos amasando para unificar los ingredientes seguidamente separaremos y dividimos en pequeñas porciones y con ayuda de las manos vamos a aplanar y de forma circular vamos a tener nuestra arepitas qué las mismas las vamos a colocar en cocción en una sartén engrasada previamente precalentado dónde las mismas debemos voltear constantemente para su cocción y al momento de estar lista vamos a servir nuestro plato acompañándolos con un pollo guisado con vegetales que nos quedó del día anterior además de unas finas julianas de aguacate presenta de tal manera así como les muestro en los diferentes collages de imágenes.
