Feliz día tengan todos mis amores bonitos, hoy me complace una vez más compartir con todos ustedes la preparación de una receta saludable y nutritiva, la preparación de unos vegetales salteados con pollo desmenuzado acompañado con verduras sancochadas en este caso ocumo chino y plátanos, este es una comida fácil y sencillo de preparada ideal para degustar preferiblemente a la hora del almuerzo.

Modo de preparación:
Iniciar estás receta lavando los vegetales como repollo, zanahoria para luego picar en julianas también la cebolla, berenjena y calabacín en trozos medianos seguidamente desmenuzaremos el pollo y al tener todos estos ingredientes listo procedemos a colocarlos en un caldero con un poco de sal al gusto y un chorrito de aceite además debemos revolver para tapar y cocinar a fuego medio por otro lado debemos pelar y picar en trozos grandes el ocumo chino para colocar a sancochar en un caldero colocado al fuego con suficiente agua y sal al gusto de igual manera sancochar plátano y al estar todo listo procedemos a picar en trozos las verduras eh completaríamos con los vegetales salteados con pollo, quedando así como los presentó en los diferentes collages fotográficos.
