Procedemos a recalentar en calderón al fuego a baño de María un poco de arroz con zanahoria que nos había quedado del día anterior después pelar y picar los plátanos en tajadas o Julianad grandes para seguidamente poner a freír en un caldero con suficiente aceite precalentado luego voltear y retirar del fuego cuando ya estén cocidos y doraditos, al tener todo está listo procedemos a servir nuestro plato del día acompañándolo con vegetales salteados con pollo, presentado de tal manera así como les muestran las diferentes imágenes.
