Modo de Preparación:
Iniciamos lavando los vegetales como lechugas, tomate y pepino con agua de vinagre luego vamos a cortar con las manos las lechugas en diferentes pedacitos medianos seguidamente vamos a medio pelar el pepino y picaremos en rodajas igualmente que el tomate también vamos a ver esa nuestra ensalada o un poco de aceite, vinagre y sal al gusto por otro lado vamos a colocar los plátanos en un caldero al fuego con suficiente agua debemos dejar que ablanden para su cocción al estar todo listo procedemos a servir nuestro plato acompañándolo con delicioso pescado guisado desmenuzado y tiras de pimentón rojo, quedando de tal manera como les presento en los diferentes collages de fotografías.
