Bendecido día tengan todos mis amores bonitos, hoy quiero presentarles la preparación de un desayuno dominguero, un doradito y crujiente pescado frito "Lamparosa" acompañado de una saludable ensalada de pepino tomate, aguacate y plátanos fritos, es un completo plato qué nos va a proporcionar las vitaminas y nutrientes que nuestro cuerpo necesita además no va a garantizar sentirnos llenos y satisfecho, así que es ánimo que me acompañen durante el desarrollo de esta receta.

Modo de preparación:
Arreglar y limpiar nuestros pescados seguidamente retirar las viseras para luego hacer los cortes correspondientes y de igual manera agregarle la sal al gusto después tenemos que ponerlos a freír en una sartén precalentada con suficiente aceite donde tendremos que voltear nuestros pescado y retirar del fuego cuando ya estén cocido y doraditos por otro lado vamos a lavar los vegetales y hortalizas un poquito de agua con vinagre seguidamente picar en rodajas el tomate y pepino para comenzar a armar nuestra ensalada cruda también vamos aderezar con un chorrito de aceite, vinagre sal al gusto además de julianas de aguacate para completar vamos a pelar y picar nuestras tajadas de plátano para ponerlas a freír, al tener todo esto listo procedemos a armar nuestro plato, decorando con rodajas de limón, quedando como siempre les muestro en las diferentes imágenes.
