Personally I try to maintain and put into practice good manners, as an educator and trainer of the new generation I focus on imparting to them through daily example by living together expressing good manners to them just as I do in my daily life, I will not deny that I am the perfection of manners because I am human and it is human to err, but the most important thing is to recognize our mistakes and apologize. I want to point out that sometimes under pressure, stress or some discomfort I tend many times to go out of my mind and react with a kick, but as I said before, I react, I reconsider, I tend to apologize and smooth the rough edges.

It is always important to maintain a good sense of humor because it will allow us to drain stress and release those loads of negative energies that day by day come to the government due to the routine of work, doing chores, taking care of the family, among others.
