Gud day guys, and wonderful people of #ecotrain community this is my first entry in this community i will like to appreciate the admin of this community for creating this platform where people can learn daily about today task. First let me explain what is nutrient: nutrient can be defined as those things we eat that nourish our body also keep us strong and healthy. ever human need nutrient in other to carry out our daily task we should always eat nutritions food .
I keep on asking myself why do people fall sick all the time in my research i find out that most of the sickness is cause by not eating the right food or rather not eating balance diet, some eat food which are very harmful to the system. Without knowing is dangerous. There are some of the food we should avoid
Potatoes chips: people frying it at times use local oil which is harmful to the system and can cause cholesterol and cancer.

Sodas: when drink some of us think you are drinking the drink not knowing we are causing harm to our system their is no nutrient in soda but is full of sugar. And the intake of much sugar is bad in the system.

Fast food: most of the times the fast food or process food we take is very dangerous to our health.

We should avoid some of this food because is dangerous to our health. Some of the nutrient food that keep us healthy are vegetables and fruits
Vegetable soup: this soup is enrich with nutrient and it nourish our body because it contains all the six classes of food.

Fruit: fruit are very important because it give us mineral and vitamins.

Hello @cindynancy thanks so much for sharing this Masterpiece with us, you've go into details of enlighten us on the danger of eating some nick food, fast food and the likes, most of this truely have negative impact on our body system and are the causes of some of our illness.

And with the right meal and taking in balance diets, fresh meal and fruit, well live a healthy life ever after.

Hello @cindynancy, The Ecotrain team do appreciate your first time in this community and your contribution to the QOTW about the right food to eat and the ones to avoid which can harm our systems if we do not stop them. I noticed the images you used are from google and according to Hive, images that aren´t free aren´t allowed on the platform. There are many sites to download free images from; unsplash.com, pixabay.com, pexels.com etc
