My experience as a mediator

And the topic is an interesting one.

Misunderstanding is one thing everyone face our ability to settle dispute is what make us matured. Been a middle man is not an easy task but our ability to settle grudges between two parties is what make us middle man. Most times i settle dispute on a daily bases.on my own i find out that most of the things that cause quarrel or fight is money and issue of guys fighting each other because of girl.

MY ENCOUNTER AS A MIDDLE MAN
One hot afternoon after a stressful day at work i was so stressed out that all i needed at moment is rest because my boss really stress me at work. I want to the bathroom to freshing up and have some rest coming out from the bathroom i hear noise from outside i ignored it at first because i don't have strength to settle dispute at a second though i decided to go and know the cause of problem not minding the danger involve reaching there i found out that my neighbor is seriously injured at the process of trying to separate them i receive a hot slap from the other guy but i didn't give up i try my possible best to separate them from fighting not minding the hot slap i received. After separating them i ask the two parties what the problem is i find out that my neighbor was owning him for months and he don't want to pay back the money.

HOW WAS I ABLE TO SETTLE THE FIGHT
Although it was not easy for me to settle the fight but i try my possible best.

• Questioning: i question the two parties involved in the dispute to get information which enable me to settle the problem among them.

*Impartial: when i was settling the dispute i try not be one sided i give the both of them listening hear so that the can explain themselves.

• Understand: understanding them really matters when settling dispute because i serve as a guideline which will help you to settle them.

Conclusion been a mediator is not easy most of the times you will be injured i encourage all us to stay away from quarrel and fight let love lead.
