Hello my lovers of good caffeinated drinks, I hope your dis is going well, with respect to conversation number 65, I can say, I don't have a fixed breakfast schedule, it all depends on what time I get up, on weekdays most of the time I have breakfast at 7 am or at the latest at 8 am, on weekends I get up late, therefore, at the time I get up I make the family breakfast, otherwise my husband does it. On weekends I am having breakfast from approximately 9 am to 10 am.

I am trying to improve my morning habit with fasting, therefore, some days I will skip breakfast to comply with this habit.

Hope to see your conversations soon ☺️
In the meantime keep tasting, very tasty coffees. Strong embrace 🤗🥰

Hello
That's usually the time I eat breakfast anyway, although before that I always have a cup of coffee when I get up.

Have a nice weekend ☕

Around here, we also have that custom, having a cup after getting up and another for breakfast.

You have a specific schedule for weekends and regular days, that's good so your stomach knows what time to start screaming for food and delicious coffee.🤭

I leave you a cup of coffee for this day.☕

Many times, I starve myself until 2pm when I am back from work. One thing about me is I don't prepare meals when going to work and I don't eat anything at work except food prepared by me. So, I get home to cook and eat. On weekends, my fixed time for breakfast is 10 am or past that time.

I think that I can fast every single day, but sometimes I have to finish the breakfast of the kids. 😁 It is good to have somehow fixed food routine, it helps the organism people say, but I really haven’t got used to have some fixed schedule.

Of course, we must prepare breakfast for the children, we do have to give it to them at established times, because their metabolism is accelerated.

Fasting every day is recommended until the body is able to detoxify. After that, we must have our balanced and nutritious diet at established times, accompanied with good hydration.

Each organism is different from the other, each one lives its experience in the context where it is found.

I guess it's normal for one who has a family to eat breakfast early even though there is no fixed time. I am a single lady who eats breakfast from 10 am to 11 am and sometimes, I don't remember breakfast 😅

If I suppose it is because of the family, here before 7 in the morning the children go to school and we go to work, Being single is the best, we don't have a fixed meal time, time is our best ally 😅

Fasting is not for me, but I understand it works for some people. Even though I don't fast properly, I could tell there's about 12 hours between my last meal of the day and my breakfast. I have stopped forcing my eating habits and am simply sleeping more and better; now I am finally losing weight, slowly, and I feel like walking and biking again even if it's hot outside. I hope fasting works for you; my eldest sister tried it and succeeded for a round year. She feels great now.

That's right my friend, fasting works differently in each body, there are those of us who tolerate it and others not, follow your rhythm of life, whatever makes you happier and more comfortable, it is not good to force our metabolism when we are not in balance with what we do, greetings ☺️🤗

Oh yes, I have also heard of the benefits of fasting. I was trying to do it for a while, I don't find it difficult at all, I have a lot of discipline in that sense. But I had to give it up, in that same schedule was I could go to the gym and I was extremely thin, you can't imagine how much!!!! I also find it very easy to lose weight, luckily 😅, and imagine doing long periods without food intake

I think almost all of us have breakfast in the morning if we have that blessing 😊 I usually have my espresso while I prepare breakfast, but I don't decide to have a fruit or vegetable smoothie and thus fulfill my breakfast 🥣 although I love to have breakfast and especially to have a coffee with milk...very frothy 😁.

My ideal time for breakfast is not when I get up, at that time I almost never feel like having breakfast, what I always do is to have a cup of coffee, which is not recommended on an empty stomach but it is already a habit.

After a while, I sit down to have breakfast. Always early in the morning because I wake up early to take my daughter to school.

I'm also one of the people who doesn't eat breakfast so early. It's like your stomach won't rise until late in the morning, haha. Of course, once my stomach kicks in, it asks for it shouting a cup of delicious coffee.

I leave you a cup of coffee.☕

Hehehe. We are same on this. I don't eat breakfast early, my stomach starts grumbling when it's around 10 am and by the time I walk myself to the kitchen to prepare something, it's going to 11 am to 12 pm, sometimes, I skip breakfast.

You are very right, it is not advisable to drink coffee so early when you get up, but it is a tradition that we have had for years that is difficult to break.
After I get up, about an hour later I make breakfast, or when my body asks for it😅

My coffees are always on an empty stomach, almost all of them, because I usually skip breakfast and lunch. This is said not to be good for the organism, but I am this way almost 5 years now and don’t have any issues. I may be lucky…

Best wishes!

It's also an habit to drink coffee on an empty stomach and in my case, I don't eat breakfast so early. It makes me weak and not doing anything tangible for the day. So, most times, I skip breakfast.

I still remember when I had to take my son to school; I had to drink one coffee to wake up and another one to have the strength to chase him to the bathroom and around the house, so that he would hurry up and leave on time! I miss his pretty face and his innocent eyes, but I don't miss the rush and being on the verge of losing my temper every morning 🙊😂 And adolescence was worst! We are best friends now, but it took me a lot of coffee to get here 🤣

I understand you 100% mornings are complicated, although my girl is pretty calm and wakes up right away, but I wake up too sleepy at 6:30 AM. Coffee helps a lot, I go straight from bed to the coffee pot 😄.

That's what happened to me when I was a student, I woke up without hunger, but with a lot of effort I formed the habit of eating breakfast. It was difficult at first, but now I wake up quite hungry 😅, and since I eat breakfast I feel that my energy for the day has multiplied

My ideal breakfast time doesn’t exist. But… whenever I wake up in the early morning, or sometimes a little bit later it is always coffee o’clock!

During the weekdays I usually skip breakfast and also lunch, most of the time, but coffee comes several times during the day. Some people who have problematic stomach maybe won’t feel great with coffee on an empty belly, but I am happy that I don’t have this issue.

On weekend mornings, I eat a bit, often what is left from the children’s breakfasts, and when my wife makes pancakes we have breakfast together, but I can skip these too. I know people that are starving as soon as they open their eyes, but lickily they are not family members. Thus we don’t have to hurry with preparing the breakfast. Only the little lady is in need of some food when she wakes up.

That's interesting to read. There are those who scream food once they wake up in the morning, I don't do that. Lol
My stomach doesn't ask for food until 10 am as I have trained it that way 😅
I can drink coffee too in the morning and that alone can keep me active for hours before thinking of food.
Your little daughter looks so cute.

Feeding on coffee, huh? 😁 I need coffee in the morning while my stomach is still empty. But after I've been doing housework for 3 or 4 hours since 6 a.m. and with my hands full with the day's meal preparations, I need to eat! It's different when I don't do any physical activity; I could eat my first meal in the afternoon in this case, but it rarely happens.

Your girl looks so cute ❤️

I think that in the long run it could hurt you so much fasting, or maybe you have an iron stomach haha. I often skip breakfast too, but lunch never.

Time will tell, maybe… 🤷🏻

I eat three course meals only on all inclusive hotels, or when we visit my wife’s parents in their city. But even when we visit a half board hotel with breakfast and dinner included, I skip the lunch. On the other side my wife cannot do that and she tends to eat at least a sandwich for lunch.

Hello, community...

So, my ideal breakfast time is always around 10 am and 11 am. Something about me is that I don't like eating early as it has been a habit I have built for years. It's always my belief to do my chores first before eating and by the time I am done with them, I find something to eat.

Eating breakfast early enough makes me weak and lazy all day, so in order to avoid this, I do my task first, then eat afterwards. With this, I can sleep knowing I have done half part of my task.

...and here is a photo of my morning tea (Green tea). I have developed an interest in this tea, aside coffee which I switch both every time. When I take green tea today, I take coffee the next and it continues. This tea has its great benefits especially detoxing which has been helping me to feel healthier.

You and I are on the same page; if I eat my breakfast early, then all physical activity will have to wait and this includes everything from housework to exercise. It's the same if I do my hair, haha. If I do my hair, everyone must forget that I'll do anything else 😁

I love green tea; I used to have it a lot when my son was little. I needed a lot of energy 😂

If I do my hair, everyone must forget that I'll do anything else 😁

I think there is always a spirit with making hair and not doing any other activities. I do this too 😅
So, when I need to make my hair, it is always scheduled on days I do not have enough on my plates which I can skip for next time.

Many people have the habit of having breakfast very late in the morning, for me I think that the body makes better use of breakfast a little late, since the body has completely gotten rid of the heaviness of sleep and the body is 100% ready to take advantage of food.

I leave you a cup of coffee for this day.☕

Hello, coffee friends!

When it comes to breakfast, I'm a Hobbit! But if I had to choose only one breakfast, it'd be at 11 am, since I like to do the housework before anything else and not on a full stomach.

image.png

When it comes to breakfast, I'm a Hobbit! I usually get up before 6 a.m. When my husband wakes up, around 7 a.m., I've already had an espresso and started making masala chai, a habit that we have adopted lately and with which we feel great (bones and joints).

image.png

While the spices and leaves for the masala chai are infusing, we eat some fruit and sometimes some raw vegetables if there are leftovers from the previous day's salad. This can then be considered breakfast, BUT, about 3 hours later, around 11 a.m., we eat for real, hehe: today, for example, arepas, scrambled eggs, babaganoush and sardines in garlic and parsley vinaigrette (which I prepared last Sunday); this would be our second breakfast, as a Hobbit would call it.

image.png

At this point, we're still missing the elevenses 🙈 Today it was a handful of peanuts. We don't eat again until 5-6pm, a pretty late lunch; maybe that's why we do so many breakfasts and almost no dinner.

This works perfectly for us because we have most mornings to work from home.

Apparently the 11 o'clock breakfast is abundant and very delicious, I think that with that they no longer need such an abundant lunch.🤭

Latte and toast is already breakfast ❤️ I'm with you; I don't go out without breakfast, but I guess that's because I prefer not to eat what they sell in bakeries and cafes; most of the time it's sandwiches or fried stuff, which is terrible for my stomach; I must be very careful--or very hungry! hahahaha

Greetings. I usually have breakfast between eight and nine in the morning, after walking.
I usually go for a walk at 6:30 in the morning. Before leaving, I drink a coffee with milk and if I am up very early and I have time, I also drink some black coffee.

yo cafe.jpg

When I come back, I prepare my breakfast, which is sometimes just a juice and coffee and if I feel like it, a toast with cheese.

It's so good you can walk in the morning. I often like to have my coffee when I come back from walking; sometimes I have my first cup really early before I do anything else; it depends on whether I still feel a little sleepy or not. But you must know that here in Cumaná, the sun shines brightly, equivalent to a triple espresso. Here an early morning walk is enough to energize you; if you add a cup of coffee, you'll have enough energy flowing to light a light bulb with your finger 😂

Excellent Sunday conversation coffee lovers.

Today I come to participate in the new conversation of the week with lots of coffee and flavor. This time we are asked the best time to have breakfast.

Personally I have always had breakfast very late in the morning, the time is approximately 10am. Very early in the day I do not feel like eating, since I just wake up and my body is not prepared enough to receive food, in those early hours, I better have a coffee to fill me with good spirits and energy, then I get ready to do anything else and then eat the usual breakfast.

That was my answer to the question of the week. I look forward to reading you in this new coffee conversation.

The same thing happens to me, very early in the morning I don't feel hungry. Although I usually eat breakfast when I come back from taking my daughter to school.

I didn't like to eat anything in the early morning ever since I can remember. I had to train myself to do it because my mother said I needed to eat before going to school. I started liking an early breakfast when I was an adult. Now, it's a polemic issue: some say we shouldn't eat anything in the morning, whereas others think we must eat our breakfast almost as soon as we wake up 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think we don't need to eat so early if we don't need it or if we're not hungry.

My ideal breakfast schedule
Preferably, I like to have breakfast around 8:30 am. At that time I feel that my body is fully prepared for it, and also I already feel quite hungry. I think there is also a bit of suggestion in that schedule, because I heard from one of the most impressive doctors I know, that that is the ideal time for the human body to develop its basic functions optimally at the beginning of the day; and I like to do everything that is good for my health.
On the days that I work I move this schedule a little earlier, that is, by 8:00 a.m. I am already having my breakfast.

I see uour point! 👌

When I travel on weekends to my other job, I leave home at 6 am. It's impossible for me to eat at 5 a.m.; besides, I don't usually eat anything before getting on a bus for more than a couple of hours. But when I had an office schedule before the pandemic, I had breakfast at 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Sometimes the schedule is the boss!

Exactly, even sometimes I have to leave home too early and as I'm a bit of a sleepyhead I don't have time to eat breakfast (I always avoid this but sometimes it happens). The volume of the breakfast depends on the time I have to prepare it
