CLOSED - #STB Prompt 11 & Week 10 Top Author "Video" Announcement

Hello Beanies,

Welcome to Week 11 of our #SPILLTHEBEANS Creative Writing Challenge; We are most pleased because the past weeks have been excellent!

Effective this week and moving forward, there's a slight change: Our weekly challenge will be regarded as the #STB Creative Writing Club, instead of a Contest. Therefore, the topics will be presented the same, but there will be a highlight of the "Top Author for the Week" shown in the announcement video.

An incentive for the top author will be the chance to present a writing prompt to #theCoffeeGoddess or #MrNiceGuy through the community's discord, for the following week along with the usual writing prompts provided.

Thank you all for being involved so far, and we invite those of you who might be thinking about it to join in.

All the entries showed creativity and originality; some were excellently written, making it a great contest!
Last week saw a funny prompt, and this winning story was hilarious, clever, personal, and creative.

Pick a genre: fantasy, sci-fi, historical drama, comedy (or any other of your liking), and tell us a story about the "Battle of the Bean," the infamous battle that took place during the "Great Coffee War."

Well done to @soychalbed on being Author of the Week!
A super prompt this week; should certainly be an entertaining journey through some of the worlds.

Looks like a few changes to the contest, I mean, writing club - they look good to me. To both Milly and Leaky, glad to see the space evolving for the better.
