Fermented coffee is conquering the Specialty Coffee world bit by bit

✨"Cherries are picked by farmers in the Mbohang Village, then sent for processing in Ruteng. They then get sorted for quality and a starter culture is added (in this case fermented palm juice created by a combination of local natural yeast, fungi and microbes) before the cherries are placed inside tanks for anaerobic fermentation for around 240 to 360 hours. ✨"Ground at a medium coarse level, North Malabar Arabica has a fresh flavour with a faint acidity. Know what's fatal? I felt that because of this haphazard brewing, I didn't get the fragrant aroma of the coffee as I should have. But, I could still get a little bit of the aroma." @titisnariyah

✨"From the outside, we could see this wide wall with all the yarns of different hues and tones! It's a great idea and a good backdrop to the cafe too! As you can see, there are empty corners and that means some of the yarns have been sold already.

I like the high ceiling style, the white walls, and different seating options like a lounge style with a low table for those who would like to do chika with their friends." @junebride

✨"To prepare this coffee delight, you only need Condensed milk, the amount depends on how many people are going to drink this coffee, I used, 1/3 cup of condensed milk, and 1/2 cup of espresso coffee, these quantities are for one person." @marivic10

✨"Macadamia, is a small place located at a crossroad of Santa Rosa Av with Gran Mariscal Av, an area where I'm always walking for work reasons, haha. I had already heard about this place, they said they sold healthy sweets and all that, which I'm not a fan of, so I thought that if they sold sweets, they should sell coffee too and I was not wrong. ✨"We grabbed a table at a corner and started talking business, and soon enough it turned into a conversation about life, family, and relationships. My buddy has been stressed about his relationship, and some more issues back at home. For which he couldn't concentrate on work. He wanted my suggestions and wanted a solution for it." @riz611

✨"So I had to leave very early in the morning and my mom was in charge of preparing them since the cakes and tequeños come frozen and all you have to do is place them in hot oil and a few minutes they will be ready or depending on how you like them, however, the idea of this purchase was to make things easier and the moment my mother woke up they would start frying." @davidpena21
