Welcome to our curation compilation of some amazing original coffee stories from community members around the globe. It's been an amazing week with joyous stories surrounding the history, pleasures, and fascination that we all have for our favourite beverage, coffee, that we have skimmed for throughout the week.

High Mountain Jamaican Black Gold by @scubahead

You will have heard of Jamaica's proud export ‘Blue Mountain Coffee’ and of course will be aware of its high cost( wowsers is it expensive!) But what you may not know is that they can’t label the coffee ‘Blue Mountain’ unless it is cultivated above a certain altitude in that area of Jamaica.

Certainly coffee unites and allows to share happy moments of life, a few days ago I could share a coffee between Hivers, taking advantage of the #caracasBlockchainweek and surrounded by the Web3 world, an event where cryptocurrencies were the topic of the table, we took the opportunity to share a coffee called Bitcoin Café, which was in one of the booths and was one of the cafes participating in the event, a coffee that allowed us to have more closeness with some beautiful Hivers.

What I like the most about this cup is it reminds me of my own art. I draw, or used to draw, quite a lot and I'd doodle things like this all day on white paper using an ink pen. Sometimes I'd colour them in simple plain colours like this cup. This sort of artwork is very familiar to me.

As for color, as you can appreciate in the photographs, it is of a tone that lets us know that the bean was not burned during the roasting process

Woke up and decided to brew some tea by @bearmol

While steeping the tea, I couldn't help noticing my wife's mint which she placed on the kitchen counter. It seems to be doing very well. When she brought them home from her day trip at a school in the northern park of Kobe they were wiltering. It's amazing how they look now because all she did was place them in a cup of water and plopped it on the counter.

It was about 10:30 am and my neighbor sent me a message to ask me if I had a roll of wick to lend her, when I approached to give it to her she invited me in to show me what she was cooking...Hallacas uhmmm what a delight, that's what the wick was for.

After being home with our baby, today I could enjoy with joy a delicious coffee watching in bed that little angel who suffered so much with the different treatments he underwent.

One of the recent travels that took me to a holiday house offered the option to brew some Nespresso pods. We just had to buy some pods, because they weren’t available at the house. It was just an ordinary portable Nespresso capsule brewing machine and after all, there’s not much tech behind the process of brewing a coffee capsule.

Since I was the only one around, I got the chance to sit in my favorite spot because there are times it gets crowded and this space gets taken.
I thought of my ex while waiting for my order since this was the spot we sat on during our date, my quirky mind saying “note to self: never bring a lover into your favorite spot” HAHAHA just kidding!

Most of the time I would go for a regular americano or latte. If I feel like something fancy or the weather is a little hot that day, I would go for their cold signature drinks.
I love how they give you choices of either light roast or medium roast without charging you extra. Of course I always go with the light roast one. Yum! Other ones I'm more excited to share...

We blame society, the family, the context where we grow up. We make them responsible for everything bad, sad or perverse, present in our lives. It is true, there are external things that affect us, but there are others that depend on each one of us, on our personal introspection.

I was not disappointed with their coffee on my first visit; they also offer nice salads and sandwiches to select from.
