According to information I read on the internet from a Facebook source, the app's phone-book might have been deleted from the internet therefore making it difficult for users to have access to the platforms.

Some computer experts have suggested it could be that Facebook has deleted the DNS (Domain Name System) that triggers the website to pop up when being searched for.
