It's me again @clarabels and this Tuesday I am very excited to share with you all this humble blog of mine, so join with me as I visit today one of the famous tourist destination of Cebu which is the SIMALA SHRINE in Sibunga, Cebu, Philippines, so sit back, relax, and enjoy.😄
Early in the morning, my husband and I got ready to take a bus going Sibunga, since we were in Cebu City. this time, we make sure everything is all ready including our stuff, water, and also pocket money to be honest this our third time visiting to Simala Shrine.
Upon arriving in the famous simala shrine we make sure to take pictures even though its very hot. Simala shrine or the monastery of the Holy Eucharist that was built in the year 1998 by the Marian Monks of the Eucharisric adoration and attracts thousands of devotees who pray for the miraculous blessed Virgin Marry. It is also well known for its famous Castle Roman Catholic Pilgrimage site that is located it Sibuga Cebu, Philippines.

As soon as we entered the area, the castle-like structure's beauty was very a majestic sight, I didn't hesitate to take photos of the stunning yet breath taking vast sight. The castle looked incredibly majestic even though it was hot and drizzling slightly, I just kept admiring its view.

While strolling around, my husband and I immediately found a beautiful spot without many tourists passing by, since it was drizzling at that time so we immediately take photos as many as we could.

Before we went inside, we also bought roses beforehand offering it to Mama Mary statue. in this photo you can see how vast the place is and there is also a building under construction.
Upon entering the monastery, you must leave your shoes and socks behind and go barefoot as you proceed to pray and offer flowers to Mother Mary, there are so many devotees lining up to pray. It is no surprise that many people visit the place because it is miraculous even I also experienced this during my first and second visits, and now, for my third visit, I hope my prayers will be heard and answered.

I didn't get a chance to take a picture inside because of the long line of tourists and after I finished praying, I stepped outside and lit a candle and pray.

On our way going back to Cebu city, I realized how blessed I am that even amidst many worries, troubles, and problems, God never abandoned me and now, unexpectedly still able to enjoy traveling with my husband and for that, I am beyond grateful❤️
