Loop Finance: Less liquidity, more usefulness

Loop Finance has launched many macro products to date such as Loop DEX V2 (V3 is coming, in beta testing phase), Loop App and soon the release of the expected Market NFT in which every artist will be able to launch their own NFTs and the possibility to obtain coins from staking, in addition to the exchange within the market itself.

Another great product that the team has focused on from the beginning is Loop Community, a place where authors can share articles with other users and earn LOOPR token rewards, which provide additional rewards for the monthly airdrop. by LOOP. Here I would like to leave some of my constructive thoughts on the mechanism underlying it.

Each month, users who have obtained at least 1000 LOOPR, participate in the free distribution of LOOP, a total of about 330k divided in part among the same authors of the community, in addition to the LOOP stakers on Earth. The airdrop will last a total of 5 years and will continue to be valid monthly.

It is an important stimulus for an author to be rewarded for their work but it is clear that the LOOP token is experiencing a period of price downsizing and this will probably discourage some authors. The crypto market is currently facing a period of uncertainty and users, moved by the FUD, tend to sell cryptocurrencies considered secondary to generally convert them into stablecoins or one of the top cryptocurrencies.

So even those who are getting LOOP prefer to sell it for other coins, being the project still at an early stage and not having launched the NFT Marketplace yet, in my opinion it will be what will help the LOOP market a lot, more than the DEX at this time. Continuing to provide airdrops for the next few years could be detrimental to investors
and disadvantageous even for users like me, who are constantly among the first accounts to get a large number of LOOPs every month.

A large part of the tokens are constantly sold on the market, moreover the generous rewards deriving from staking will inject further large amounts of liquidity in the coming months. It is therefore necessary to make some substantial changes to optimize the distribution of LOOP on the market, especially in this initial phase of the project, in which the utility of the token is very limited and is exclusively used as a reward.

In this regard, there will soon be the announcement of LOOP Power, the term reminds me a lot of Hive Power and it is likely that the meaning is not very far away. Less liquidity, more utility. The advent of the NFT Marketplace will in some way reshape the liquidity of LOOP but in the medium term it is necessary to act more concretely. I am sure that all these considerations of mine are constantly weighted by the team and when the buying pressure with the proceeds of the fees of the DEX and the Marketplace, as well as additional tools such as bots and the introduction of ads, together with the development and progress of the project , in addition to a more favorable market, many problems will be solved and stakeholders like me will rejoice!

Qui vorrei lasciare qualche mio pensiero costruttivo proprio sul meccanismo che vi è alla base.

Il mercato crypto al momento sta affrontando un periodo d'incertezza e gli utenti, mossi dal FUD, tendono a vendere cryptovalute considerate secondarie per convertirle generalmente in stablecoins oppure in una delle top cryptovalute.

Così anche chi sta ottenendo LOOP preferisce venderlo per altre monete, essendo il progetto ancora in una fase iniziale e non avendo ancora lanciato il Marketplace NFT, a mio avviso sarà ciò che aiuterà molto il mercato di LOOP, più del DEX in questo momento. Continuare a fornire airdrop per i prossimi anni, potrebbe essere deleterio per gli investitori
e svantaggioso anche per utenti come me, che costantemente sono tra i primi account ad ottenere un largo numero di LOOP ogni mese.

Larga parte dei token sono costantemente venduti sul mercato, inoltre le generose rewards derivanti dallo staking immetteranno nei prossimi mesi ulteriori grandi quantità di liquidità. E' necessario quindi apporre alcune modifiche sostanziali per ottimizzare la distribuzione di LOOP sul mercato, soprattutto in questa fase iniziale del progetto, in cui l'utilità del token è davvero molto limitata ed è esclusivamente utilizzata come reward.

A tal proposito ci sarà a breve l'annuncio di LOOP Power, il termine mi ricorda molto Hive Power ed è probabile che il significato non sia molto lontano. Meno liquidità, più utilità. L'avvento del Marketplace NFT potrà in qualche modo rimodulare la liquidità di LOOP ma nel medio termine è necessario agire in modo più concreto. Sono certo che tutte queste mie considerazioni sono costantemente ponderate dal team e quando la pressione di acquisto con i proventi delle fees del DEX e del Marketplace, oltre ad ulteriori strumenti come i bot e l'introduzione di ads, assieme allo sviluppo e progresso del progetto, oltre ad un mercato più favorevole, molto nodi saranno risolti e gli stakeholders come me, ne gioiranno!
