Hola mis lindas abejitas 💜 hoy les traigo una nueva receta que preparé ayer para cenar, inspirada en un vídeo que de Instagram de recetas faciles de realizar pero muy ricas y que nos ayudan a salir de la rutina, dónde hacer una rica comida se torna divertido.

En ésta ocasión, decidí presentarles una rica tortilla con tomates, cilantro, cebolla y un poco de sal. Que solo me tomó unos 15 minutos realizar ya que es muy fácil, no se arrepentirán.

On this occasion, we decided to present you a delicious omelette with tomatoes, coriander, onion and a little salt. That it only took me about 15 minutes to do since it is very easy, you will not regret it.

2 huevos
1 tomate
1 cebolla
3 ramas de cilantro
1 una cucharada de sal

2 eggs
1 tomato
1 onion
3 sprigs of coriander
1 tablespoon of salt

Procedimiento

Procedure

Comenzamos lavando nuestras manos y juntamos todos los ingredientes en la mesa.

We start by washing our hands and gathering all the ingredients on the table.

Cortamos los tomates en rodajas y quitamos el centro con el cuchillo y dejamos solamente la rodaja. Y reservamos el centro en un bold.

We cut the tomatoes into slices and remove the center with the knife and leave only the slice. And we reserve the center in bold.

En una taza con los huevos agregamos un poco de sal, cilantro cortado, cebolla y el relleno de los tomates que reservamos y mezclamos con un batidor hasta que salga espuma.

In a cup with the eggs add a little salt, chopped coriander, onion and the tomato filling that we reserve and mix with a whisk until foam comes out.

Colocamos los tomates en una bandeja (yo utilicé un plato porque no tenía bandeja) y vertemos la tortilla encima de los tomates.

We put the tomatoes on a tray (I used a plate because it didn't have a tray) and we pour the tortilla on top of the tomatoes.

Luego lo llevamos al horno por unos 6 minutos (en mi caso utilicé el microondas por 8 minutos). Y una vez listo lo servimos en un plato y ya tenemos lista nuestra tortilla con tomate para el desayuno o la cena. Además sirve para acompañar una rica arepa venezolana o cualquier otro aperitivo.
