Puré de papas con hojas de cilantro, leche y un toque de limón, la verdad yo amo las papas en todas sus presentaciones y hoy tuve un pequeño antojo así que quise compartirlo con ustedes. Quizá ya muchos hayan preparado puré en sus vidas y sepan cómo hacerlo, la verdad el amor y la forma de hacerlo siempre le darán un sabor especial y diferente a cada comida.

Hello my little bees ❤️ today I come with another easy but delicious recipe. Mashed potatoes with coriander leaves, milk and a touch of lemon, I really love potatoes in all their presentations and today I had a little craving so I wanted to share it with you. Perhaps many have already prepared puree in their lives and know how to do it, the truth is that love and the way to do it will always give a special and different flavor to each meal.

Mi idea era preparar un puré salvaje que me enseñaron en una escuela de chef en mi localidad, que llevaba trozos de tocineta. Sin embargo no cuento con tocineta en éste momento así que pueden agregarle si desean, la colocan a freír un poco y luego lo mezclan con el puré.

My idea was to prepare a wild puree that they taught me in a chef school in my locality, which had pieces of bacon. However, I do not have bacon at the moment so you can add it if you want, put it to fry a little and then mix it with the puree.

Porciones para 2 personas
2 papas grandes
Media taza de leche líquida
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Unas gotitas de limón
Cilantro para decorar.

Comencé ordenando todo, lavando los manos y lavando las papas.

I started by tidying everything up, washing my hands and washing the potatoes.

Quité la conchas de las papas, las lavé y las coloque en una olla mediana con agua hasta cubrir y las llevé al fuego hasta que estuvieron blandas.

I removed the shells from the potatoes, washed them and placed them in a medium saucepan with water until covered and took them to the fire until they were soft.

Las saqué del fuego y las puse a reposar un poco para que se enfriaran y así poder hacer el puré.

I took them out of the heat and put them to rest a bit to cool them down so that I could make the puree.

Las pasé a una pequeña taza y les coloque sal, leche al gusto y unas gotitas de limón, comencé a hacer presión para que se hiciera puré con un martillo especial de cocina.

I transferred them to a small cup and put salt, milk to taste and a few drops of lemon, I began to press them to puree with a special kitchen hammer.

Una vez suave y sin grumos lo coloque en una pequeña taza y adorné con hojas cilantro. Alrededor coloque unas gotas de salsa para decorar y listo.

Once smooth and without lumps, place it in a small cup and garnish with coriander leaves. Around it, place a few drops of sauce to decorate and that's it.
