Mi defensa de Tesis para optar al título de Médico Cirujano ❤️ [Esp/Eng]

Un saludo amigos 🥰 les quiero compartir como fue el proceso de mi defensa de tesis para optar al título de Médico Cirujano❤️, en el post de mi amiga Abril quizá pudieron ver un poco como fue el proceso, sin embargo, desde mi perspectiva todo es distinto jajaja. Primero porque a las 9:30 pm del día anterior a mi defensa yo me encontraba aún con mi tutora metodologica afinando detalles y con el cabello sucio y cosas por hacer para el gran día.

Greetings friends 🥰 I want to share with you how was the process of my thesis defense for my medical degree Cirujano❤️, in the post of my friend Abril maybe you could see a little how was the process, however, from my perspective everything is different hahaha. First of all because at 9:30 pm the day before my defense I was still with my methodological tutor fine tuning details and with dirty hair and things to do for the big day.

Luego de hacer todo lo planeado llegó la hora de dormir y tenía insomnio, y ganas de vomitar... por lo que lo asocié a los nervios, aún así recé un poco y me quedé dormida, de este modo, a las 5 AM ya me encontraba despertando animada y repasando mi defensa mientras me hacía un lindo maquillaje, y fue así como ya me encontraba en la universidad lista para pasar mis diapositivas a la computadora y resulta que la computadora tenía un problema y no visualizaba todas mis diapositivas, en ese momento entre en pánico y me estrese demasiado, tanto que mi compañero de defensa Abraham tuvo que interferir en el asunto y así fue como logramos visualizarlas todas en otra computadora, pudiendo evidenciar que no eran mis diapositivas si no el aparato.

After all the planning was done, it was time to go to bed and I had insomnia and felt like throwing up..... so I associated it to nerves, even so I prayed a little and fell asleep, so, at 5 AM I was waking up at the university ready to transfer my slides to the computer and it turned out that the computer had a problem and did not visualize all my slides, At that moment I panicked and got too stressed, so much so that my defense partner Abraham had to interfere in the matter and that is how we were able to visualize them all on another computer, being able to prove that it was not my slides but the device.

Fuera de todo eso, el lugar estaba hermoso, había un stand de fotos, así que aproveche de tomarme, llegue sola porque mi familia y amigos llegarían unas horas después y los ponentes teníamos que estar muy temprano. La decoración muy linda con tonos morados y blancos, es así como empezó el evento y tenía mucha emoción y miedo al mismo tiempo, me sabía todo pero tenía miedo de bloquearme frente al público, así que solo hice sesiones de respiración profunda cada vez que me sentía nerviosa, era la número 8 en defender y la espera era bastante difícil, mientras más cerca estaba más presentaba manifestaciones como ganas de ir al baño, sudoración, sensación de vacío en el pecho, dolor abdominal, náuseas y también me dió hambre.

Apart from all that, the place was beautiful, there was a photo booth, so I took the opportunity to take pictures, I arrived alone because my family and friends would arrive a few hours later and the speakers had to be very early. The decoration was very nice with purple and white tones, that's how the event started and I was very excited and scared at the same time, I knew everything but I was afraid of blocking myself in front of the public, so I just did deep breathing sessions every time I felt nervous, I was number 8 to defend and the wait was quite difficult, the closer I was the more I presented manifestations like wanting to go to the bathroom, sweating, feeling empty in the chest, abdominal pain, nausea and I also got hungry.

Finalmente estaba allí, a punto de tomar la palabra, y fue justo el momento en el que los nervios se fueron y expresé al público todo lo que encontramos en nuestra investigación, gracias a Dios todo salió excelente y obtuvimos mención publicación y honorífica, les juro que mi felicidad y tranquilidad eran inmensas, estaba sudando pero creo que estaba drenando toda la presión que sentía momentos antes de pasar.

Finally I was there, about to take the floor, and it was just the moment when the nerves were gone and I expressed to the public everything we found in our research, thank God everything went excellent and we got publication and honorable mention, I swear that my happiness and tranquility were immense, I was sweating but I think I was draining all the pressure I felt moments before passing.

Después de eso, me tomé algunas fotos con mis padres, mis compañeros y tutoras de tesis, hasta que llegó la hora de retirarnos y aproveché de ir a un restaurante con mi familia, con mi amiga @lolysacc y mi novio @jrluisgomez, y al llegar a casa compartimos un rato más, pero fue un experiencia inolvidable, el fruto de 6 años por fin está materializandose, y sé que falta mucho camino por recorrer pero aqui estoy echándole muchas ganas a lo que amo.

After that, I took some pictures with my parents, my classmates and thesis tutors, until it was time to leave and I took the opportunity to go to a restaurant with my family, my friend @lolysacc and my boyfriend @jrluisgomez, and when we got home we shared some more time, but it was an unforgettable experience, the fruit of 6 years is finally materializing, and I am aware that there is still a long way to go but here I am putting a lot of desire to what I love.

Entre tantas anécdotas y experiencias puedo decir que academicamente soy MÉDICO CIRUJANO 💕 muchas gracias por leer mi post, los quiero mucho 💕.
