spoke to me. It expresses the truth that even working on trauma or memories of trauma can itself be painful. I think it was a good choice to separate the stanzas with the images; it provides a necessary beat; the progression of thought would be to quick otherwise. Finally, I like how you show the shift to gratitude in the final stanza by dropping the rhyme. Nice job.
