Got my first Marksrat! I Always Want to Have This Card!
I literally jumped from my chair when this rat showed up!
I am excited to use this card for his Martyr ability, there are a lot of use cases for this card especially when you pair him with cards with massive buffs like the last stand, life leaches, heals, and explosive weaponry.
When this card dies it gives +1 to all stats of the cards adjacent to him. It is a huge buff for cards and can be a real game-changer. There are cards in specific in splinters that also have martyr so being a neutral card the marksrat can be a massive boost when also paired with them.
An additional bonus on how to use this card is when paired up with revive cards. With a very low health marksrat can be an early sacrifice for the poison ruleset and be revived to reactivate another martyr effect giving additional stats to monsters.
Thinking ahead, maybe there it would be nice if there will be a ruleset or an ability that every time one of your monsters attacks adjacent monsters it will receive damage. It is like in a berserk mode.
I can't wait to use the Venari Marksrat on the battlefield. Vamos!

I use it often! Martyr is such a great ability, especially when used in POISON Rulesets, as you can choose which two cards to buff next to it.
