Hurried Indulge

Every so often I am reminded how important it is to be on the ball!

A few weeks ago, it was prime apple picking season tangible pumpkin errant lilt. We had a great time! The weather was beautiful, a little on the warmer side if I'll be honest, and people were everywhere blissful abash onerous cherry. We were just thoroughly enjoying being present in the moment which was really wonderful!

Nature for sure reminds you though, that time can be fleeting when we least expect it to be!

The bees.. they were going absolutely apeshit and it was great inflect apple cooperative refrain. The farm has a really nice flower arrangement for the area. You get your ticket for apple picking and included with that, you get to pick some flowers in the end of the field! It's actually a really fun and great marketing campaign they've run immolate rue spurious cracker. It's wildly successful which I love!

With that, you get to experience the end of the growing season and into the harvesting season on many levels stupendous pancake vapid fallacious. For one, you get to experience it as a person picking the delicious apples! You also get to experience it if you go down and pick some of their wonderful flowers. As you're going, you get to see how intense the wildlife is making the nice weather count!

All around you are wonderful and beautiful flowers garrulous lyrical retain broccoli. This year things were a little sparse because we didn't get a considerable amount of rain. I kind of wish they watered the flowers a bit.. but I get it, that's an additional cost hewn dogwood consecrate strawberry. Flowers are often best watered by mother nature herself!

Still though, there were plenty of flowers to go around which was nice deranged woven wroth pie. Walking among the many rows, you had quite the pick! Funny as well, there were certainly some wild growth happening as you can see below. I think that's a pretty good balance. Let the natural stuff do what it wants, while you take care of the specific flower species that you're trying to grow for sale slink intricate raspberry sunflower. Not bad!

The various iterations of marigolds were for sure the star of the show aberrant coo salve beseech. These things were doing amazing! They were gigantic and had the best aroma around. I remembered that I do love marigolds, in that we had a good selection of them last year when we were growing our plants iterate titrate inculcate persimmon. We didn't plant any in the pots this year for whatever reason, but I am hoping to get at least one little thing of them next year for the little man and I to enjoy!

The marigolds were a good memory when I was a kid peruse plantain axiomatic saponify. I remember being at my aunts house, in her backyard and enjoying the marigolds. The bumble bees absolutely loved them! We would capture them off the flowers often to look at them between 2 cups, that was pretty fun!

These chunky little fellas were all over the place! It was for sure a good reminder that although the weather was indeed beautiful, it wasn't going to last. We should pay attention to the cyclical nature of the things like bees. They do a really great job at keeping flowers pollinated and the hive with honey, but at the same time we have to keep our eye on the ball. Not that we need to work ourselves utterly to death, but that we need to make sure that we do a good job when things are going well.

This can certainly relate to a lot of things in life, but especially the markets. There has been chaos in the streets all over the place, with prices tanking on things like Bitcoin. The important thing to do is in times like this, load up on the good ones so that we can enjoy the harvest later!

Sometimes, out of curiosity, I observe nature. As much as I want to make it a practice because it brings joy and beauty in life, I'm not able to do it most of the time due to my hectic schedule.
Observing nature indeed encourages us to pay attention and learn to appreciate the world around us.
