RE: [SelfCare Sunday] A Hike in The White Mountains National Forest [& Two Reiki Boosts]

Ah such a wonderful place! A friend of ours owns a condo in Lincoln, right on the edge of the mountains it’s great when we go visit them. The rivers and all that are so great to spend time near! Lots of beautiful scenery and animals, quietness and peace. We tried to take our son on a short hike there last fall but it ended up being too cold. We are hoping to take some this fall, he’s good with the weather but we want to have it a little cooler to do that type of stuff. One of these days we will be able to do a nice waterfall hike though! There’s quite a bunch of fantastic rivers to check out. Some of my favorite pictures to snap with our camera is of running water!
