Hi fellow Walkers,

Today I'm sharing the other set of colors that I've been seeing a lot of!

Red, Yellow and White Walk

Springtime is certainly a fun time full of all kinds of color. Summertime is cool for other reasons but springtime is refreshing to see that's for sure!

The different flowers that sprout up at different times is cool to see. It's first the crocuses and daffodils then it's the tulips and others. I'm always surprised at how short lived the things like daffodils are when the flowers die off and leave the plant behind. The tulips thankfully have a bit more of a shelf life!

Peppered around the property that we live in is all kinds of flowers that are both planed by the people that live there as well as ones that were either naturally growing there already or placed there by the landscapers. The thing that's cool is when you see the people planting things to change up the landscape! This one here is a plant that looks like daffodils on steroids but was planted by a person that lives in that building. I welcome the changeup that's for sure!

The landscapers have also done a pretty good job at planting pretty big daffodil varieties! This one is certainly theirs since it's next to an open common space but I enjoy this one here, it gets full sun most of the day and is able to really flourish and grows quite well as you can see!

My favorites are certainly these trees though. They have a substantial amount of trees on the property that bloom very well in the spring and it's nice to see. One thing I have enjoyed on these mid spring walks is the smell of them! The flower smell is one that I can't tire of, it's such a nice smell for springtime. I have been known to stand next to the tree and just enjoy the smell of the flowers for a minute or two, kind of looking like a weirdo hahaha oh well!

What have you enjoyed in your neck of the woods? let me know!

Beautiful walk.
How lovely to see that people plant flowers and suddenly change the looks of the gardens.
Love it 😊

Thanks I loved the walk and seeing the different flowers that people plant on their own! I think we are going to get a small potted plant and go plant some ourselves this weekend maybe!

Yeah it's wonderful! I'm sadly not going to be doing a garden this year! We felt it was best not to since we are likely going to be moving in a month or two. I'll have to pop over and check out the garden journals :D
