Burn Out is Real

In simple terms Burn Out means you are mentally or physically exhausted and you are not in a state of mind to do something constructive. Like you are not able to do any activities which you would have love to do at any given day. Your thoughts are like this that you are a failure and you can't do any good in your life and what not. This condition is just a mental state and doesn't mean that you are a failure. And it happens to everyone.

For example, if you are writer and if you are stuck with Writer's Block and doesn't know what to write and what not then yes you are in burn out situation. If you are a programmer and thus you feel like not doing any coding, then yes you are in the burn out situation. This is a common situation and everyone of us, once in a while goes through this situation. The only thing is that we have to come out of that situation as soon as possible. You cannot keep yourself in Burn out situation for a longer period of time because that can hamper your life in a big way.

People doesn't know but the thing is our mental well being is as important as the physical well being. I know there is a stress of earning money, raising a family and other pressure. But even though with all the stress around we have to keep our mental state stable. When your mental health is good you will enjoy the life to the fullest and can able to complete the goals which you have set for yourself.

There is nothing like a stress-free life, is as common as living. If you are having a stress then it's good that you are living. Small amount of stress is actually good for the health too. But when the stress increase to a level where you start to feel burn out this is where the problem is. You cannot allow your stress to go over a certain level which is really bad for your mental health. There are a lot of factors which is actually increases your stress or basically a burn out like you have a lot of work, you don't enjoy your work, too many responsibilities, not enough sleep, having debt.

These are some of the common causes of stress and thus these things lead to the burn out. Like if you don't like your job but you have to work 10 hours to do the same job which will make you exhausted. Similarly you have been writing a lot everyday and thus one situation comes where you don't know what to write and thus you get into a writer's block.

How to overcome this situation. To overcome this situation you have to ask for the support with friends and relatives. They can help you to vent out your anger or frustrations and thus you will feel better. Try to manage your work better so that you don't feel exhausted or you can spend quality time with your family which will make you feel better. If you have hit the writer's block then try to write about the stuff which you have not written before which will give you fresh perspective as well you have a new set of ideas. Try to find that creativity outside of your work like a hobby which can give you that happiness which you are not getting from the work. And last but not the least, try to sleep at least 8 hours which actually helps you to feel energetic.

Office work can be troublesome and tiring as well. It's really hard to find satisfaction with work. The best we can do is get into different activities outside work, sometimes doing hobbies out of comfort zone, long vacations, family time, solo trips, side hustle is best way to handle this.
