Successful Investing Is Simple

If we ask me, I will say investing and generating wealth is simple. Just do a SIP on an Index fund and see the growth of your money. But mainly people overcomplicate it and thus makes it harder for themselves. They think that they need to get more money out of the investment and thus make it to the loser's case and thus their returns do not get to that point where they should be. People who overcomplicate it do not want mediocre returns of 10% but once they overcomplicate it, their returns fall very much.

So now when you try to complicate it there are times when investors lose their capital too. I am not saying that they should not try to find a way to increase their returns but the problem is they do not research well and just invest in tips and other things and thus their returns underperform like anything and cannot even touch the returns of Index. The thing is there is no perfect way of investing in the market and thus when you try to find out that perfect thing you might not get the returns as expected.

So if you want to be a successful investor, do not try to do a lot of things and stick to a good plan rather than a perfect plan. Because that good plan can give you good returns and thus those good returns over a period of time make it a great sum of money. For every new investor, index fund investing is the easiest and simplest as well as most successful way of investing and if they continue doing that they are well enough to generate the wealth they intended to get. So now they do not have to think of selling or buying individual stocks, just invest in index funds and rather try to look for ways to increase their income.

According to Warren Buffet too,

A low-cost index fund is the most sensible equity investment for the great majority of investors. By periodically investing in an index fund, the know-nothing investor can actually out-perform most investment professionals.

As I said earlier index fund investing is the most simple way of investing as well as a lot of people are successful too just by investing in that too.
