You have to be Patient when you are Invested

I have been into crypto from the last 7 years. I have seen ups and downs, bears and bulls. Along with that I have been into the equity Markey where I have seen the crash where my portfolio was down by almost 45% which is quite rare in the equity market. Now if you are in the market you will get to learn the patience.

A lot of times I thought of selling everything because I didn't have patience, but again I have to calm myself thinking why I am investing in the first place. If it is for goal which is of near term, then no need to invest in riskier asset. If it's for long term then no need to view the portfolio. Yes I have done the mistakes where most of the investors do is to not book the profit. I have seen 2 bull rally and if I would have booked the profit my investment would have been 4 times what it is now. But againi cannot change the past and only thing is in the future if it happens I should do the profit booking.

Now the problem is people usually do not know when to book the profit. For example I have bought Hive at $0.27 and now it's $0.30. Now should I book the profit now wait for $0.40 or wait for $0.50. I do not know and that's the dilemma most of us have. What if I sell at $0.40 and Hove reaches $0.80. A lot of thoughts comes and gp when you are in the market and that's the reason being patient is very much needed.

It will help in forgetting the loss you might have incurred or the profit you could have got. The best thing is to forget that and think about the profit you have already made. Which will eventually make you happy.
