Banner Design For HIVE Promotion at Coffee Shop

avatar

example.jpg

Thank you, that's the first word at the beginning of this post, I'm still in shock with the voting results I got from the previous post. it really helped me in getting money to make this banner. and it was very helpful, and again thank you very much.

As I promised before, that I will make a post about the design that I will use as a banner for my coffee shop. after yesterday I finished work at the coffee shop. Finally I have time to make a design.

The banner which has a length of 11 meters, I divide it into 3 banners, because as I explained earlier that the banner must be divided because there is wood in the middle of the wall.

In this design I took a bright color, which is white with a transparent coffee background and added with brown, because the brown color matches the color of the coffee beans very well.

And the design results is below

length : 410cm width : 130cm
banner1.jpg

length : 410cm width : 130cm
banner2.jpg

length : 310cm width : 130cm
banner3.jpg

That's the result that I have made myself using the Photoshop application. not only that, I also made a full image by combining the 3 banners and they are more than 11 meters long. Because this image has a very large size, there was a problem when I uploaded it, but you can see the image on this google drive link

Screenshot_104.png

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1A5D9Za9btUb1H1M2XTdfNVX7cbpi9n6J/view?usp=sharing

I will print this banner as soon as possible, maybe in the next few days, I will get the banner and immediately use the banner in my coffee shop. this is my first plan in terms of hive promotion for my future customers.

If there is something wrong with the hive writing or logo that I use, please comment, so I can improve the design before I print it.

Kind regard : @coffeehive

Congratulations on this brilliant idea of promoting Hive. This is an example of the creativity that should inspire us all. I can't wait to see the real result.

PS: You should add a back-link to your previous post so people can easily find the full story.

Does the coffee shop accept Hive and/or Hive Dollars (HBD) as payment? That would be the best promotion.

It's not as easy as to just decide "oh yeah okay I'll start accepting hive now", there's legal issues that come into play depending on each countries laws.

I know. Unfortunately the government regulations makes a lot of things much harder and much more difficult.

hi sir, after i read your comment. i just realized about it now, it's true as you said,

because I've read news about cryptocurrency in my country. and indeed there is a rule about it. and still not legal for transactions

Yeah but I guess promoting our front-ends, maybe creating a community where your customers can leave reviews for upvotes and offering them invite links to hiveonboard, etc, could still work.

yes sir, create a community or my coffee shop can be a place for hive users to meet and relax. i want to achieve that, and then i can think of hive promotion with my community friends here.

If I have an idea about a promotion and want advice from you, can I contact you on twitter sir?

While you are supporting this initiative you should be aware that this guy already used the same trick on Steemit and got about 8-10 thousand dollars for building this cafe. He promised them that he would promote steem and steemit through this SteemCoffeeShop. He needs 8.5 thousand dollars to build this Coffee Shop. Once he got the required funds, he cheated them, powered down, and VANISH. He is now gonna scam again with the innocent members of the Hive Community. In his introduction post, he reacted like a newbie but he is @arie.steem, not a newbie. I will highly recommend do not promote such types of scammers.

Wow. I have not know about him so far. And I have not met him on Steem either. I thought that this coffee shop is a genuine initiation. Thank you for clearing the things. Hopefully more and more people will see his true face. Probably most people also do not know the truth yet, otherwise he would not get such a high support from the community.

Thanks to orianagua for explaining something like that. but I will still defend myself that I am not a scammer and have reasons to leave steemit.

To sir @xplosive, you may have read all the comments there, I can't convince you with my defense. however, if you like to hear a clear story. I'm ready to explain. you can also unvote my post. because you can judge wisely. At least I've done my best here.

if i am a scammer i am too stupid to use this coffee shop account on hive. at least I'm not like those who use fake accounts and say other people are scammers without knowing what I've been through.

A little bit of input, and just off the top of my head.. what if, instead of it being an advertisement for hive, maby it could be for PeakD, and have a message that says "Powered by the Hive-blockchain, A Decentralized Web3 Ecosystem" or something like that. Idk if you are ever posting from hive.blog ... but I have never used it, and I only really use PeakD, and the various other Dapps like BeeSwap, 3speak, and vimm

I agree, HIVE as a payment platform is a better us of merchant space for onboarding. The take away for most customers will likely be "HIVE a blogging platform. But I don't blog. So... not relevant to me."

But payment options are relevant to every customer. A HIVE payment incentive could get even more attention.

Also think about your logo bolder in the middle. It is your store, that should be front and center. The coffee mugs are all the same size. Mix the sizes up. Sorry, my designer nag coming out. ;)

hi ,, I use the word blog because what I understand about hive is a blogging platform. thats what i thought.. :)

and the photo that I use in the middle, that is my coffeeshop photo. and yeah, we have slightly different tastes about design. but not too many things are different. So I thought I'd stick with that design :)

We are probably really dropping the ball as a community when we aren't actively working toward becoming a contender in the payment platforms. #Hive is fast, free and battle tested. Who else can claim that?

Brilliant Idea but I have a doubt why your coffee shop is similar to the Steem Coffee Shop?

yes, previously that was true, I had tried on steem, but it ended in failure because of some things with them that forced me to stop there. it happened 8 months ago when my coffee shop was under 10% construction process.

Hello everyone, I am the owner of this account and also the owner of a coffeeshop called TM COFFEE , I am a beginner trader and also a beginner in the world of cryptocurrency, but I have learned a little about many things such as trading and also nft.

I am quite surprised by the existence of a website like this hiveblog , a decentralized blog where we can create content and also get rewards from here, and also don't forget that investment is also needed here.

Therefore, I am trying my luck here to be a useful content creator for the hive community. that way I can be excited and motivated to run my business and can also help my coffeeshop finance a little in the future so that I also invest more in hive.

Can you please re-read your Introduction post?
So you are @arie.steem, not a newbie. Just reacting like a newbie right?

hi orianagua
I don't understand why you are angry with me, when compared to other people here I am still like a beginner, I still have to learn a lot about crypto. because every time there must be changes in the community. and I haven't learned much about how the hive community works now. if it's still the same as before when all the old people were still in steem. then I understand a little how I should communicate in this community.

@arie.steem, yes, that's my old account, but I've lost the key to that account. and I also don't think I will use that account again. because I want to create an account for a coffee shop for the future. and doing promotion with my coffee shop account.

is there anything wrong with that?

Wouldn't it be better when I show a photo of a coffee shop and do an intro and you know who I am. but I don't know who you are, wouldn't it be better if you use your own real account, and we can talk more.

it happened 8 months ago when my coffee shop was under 10% construction process.

SteemCoffee is a project that I made for my future. the desire to have a coffee shop and can be used for #promo-steem is my main reason.

This project has been running for 3 months, through crowdfunding using the @steemcoffeeshop account. More than 50% of the funds have been collected to build this shop.Source

What You Required?

Total $8452 RP. 119,975.000Source

What You Got.

Total SBD750 $5,679.16 81,458,945 Source

Actually, you cheated the steemit community once you got your funds. You promised them that you are gonna promote the steem through that coffee shop (Also Payment method will be Steem/SBD). You ask for Donations, Sponsorships, and Beneficiary rewards. Innocent people trusted you and you scammed them nothing else.

@arie.steem, yes, that's my old account, but I've lost the key to that account.

You started your power down 52 days ago. Unfortunately, You were lying and you are still lying to the community. You are not a beginner you are a sharp scammer.

After scamming the steemit community now you are here to cheat the Hive Community. You are making people fool.

I don't deny some of the things you said, and you need to know that I've tried to defend it, but couldn't happen because of some things that happened between me and the steemit team. I can't explain that here.

The money I got when I was in the steemit beneficary was almost 95 from my own account for the coffeeshop account. and I also do promos is the result of my hard work, and mutually beneficial for both parties (me & steemit). what do you mean i can't use the result i got ? oh cmon, if i don't power down my account there i can't build my business. I power down because I had to do it, otherwise, the land lease will continue.

as I said above. I quit steemit completely because there are reasons that make me no longer appreciated there. what do I stand for?

I don't accept it if you say I cheated, if you understand what my contributions are in steemit?

maybe you don't like it because I was on steemit and earned some money there and now I'm on hive ?
there's a reason I can't explain publicly.

if you still don't like me for making money from steemit it's clearly my own business. I get votes because I've contributed and did promos, but in the end it's not appreciated. are you are jealous of me?

I'm not trying to trick hive here, I'm still doing what I planned. if I am always appreciated here for my efforts to promote. then I will stay here.

Things like this also happen in the real world brother .... if you are not respected why do you still survive there?

Whatever happened on Steem, you got funds from them in return for your plan to promote Steem. That never happened, you powered down and shifted your funds off Steem. Why should Hive believe you now?

You can hide behind your reasons

I can't explain that here
there are reasons that make me no longer appreciated there.
there's a reason I can't explain publicly.

But none of this explains why you came on Hive as if you are a brand new user and have never heard of decentralised blogging before. Your intentions are not straightforward and honest

I stick to my explanation that there are several reasons why I'm no longer there. If you think I'm hiding from that reasoning, feel free to think that way, I can't force anyone to understand my position.

regarding the thing about my intro, I thought to put me into a new person for using a new account. I'm not trying to hide with a new account. if I want to hide, I'm too stupid to use this coffeeshop, because maybe there are some steemit people here.

if you think the intro is wrong, then I admit that I was wrong, and I should have introduced myself more clearly. however, I don't mean to be deceitful here. I will continue to do as I planned to do hive promotions in the business field.

Yes he did. Everything has been straightened out and while we can't 'unprint' the information on the banner (normally we present Hive a different way) we can fix it later.

Here is what I summarized earlier for someone else, reposting it here for your information: What happened with this guy (paraphrased from his own words) is he came back in 2021 and didn't realize there was a hostile takeover. He started his project and was dealing with 'promosteem' where he got funds from upvotes and his own investment. He then tried to reach someone at Steemit after 2 months and found some person who didn't actually work there. He did this because 'promosteem' abandoned him, which is likely because of his location (this has been a common problem for people in 'undesirable' locations in relation to Steemit and gets reported to me often when people ask for help). He then says he powered down. He started looking around and discovered Hive. Now he's trying to finish off this project at Hive.
