Hive Empowers Communities Projects: Impacts In Asamankama, Ghana
The video shared serves as a testament to the transformative impact Hive can have on people's lives. This occurred after the launch of the 13th borehole. With Hive's support, the old hand-pump borehole that once served Asamankama's residents was restored and revitalized.
The old borehole had remained broken and unused for years due to the high repair cost, and no one came to the community's aid. It was during the construction of the 12th borehole in Asamankama town that the leaders brought it to our attention.
To enhance water access for the majority, we decided to renovate the neglected borehole. Thanks to the Hive community's support, it was transformed into a mechanized borehole, matching the standard of the Hive boreholes we've constructed.
This renovation brought immense joy to the community members, evident in their appreciation and expressions of gratitude. We appreciate everyone who has supported the Hive Empowers Communities Projects to make a difference with the power of Hive.
