Spring Is Here Again

There's "a time for everything," and as long as the earth endures, seasons of planting, harvest, heat, and cold will continue their cycle. Just like the scripture(Bible) says, we experience these changing seasons every year. Each one brings its own set of challenges and blessings. No two people feel exactly the same about the seasons, some adore warm weather, while others find comfort in cooler temperatures.

Some have a preference for rain and some for sunshine. When it's cold some crave for sunshine and when there is sunshine some then love to have winter. We complain when is hot or when it's cold, when it rains more and when it does not rain. This differences that exist among us in human experience is a testament to the complexity of who we are. I tell people humans are most complex beings among God's creation.

I have always loved the seasons in Ghana, just two distinct seasons: rainy and dry. The rainy season brings a manageable downpour, while the dry season can be quite harsh, we experience no rainfall for months. It's a time where everyone usually crave for rainfall. You will see trees shedding off their leaves due to the absence of rain.

The UK, like other countries in Europe, experience distinct seasons. I have a particular fondness for summer's warmth, may be it's becuase I come a country where there is constant sunshine. We just came out of winter in Uk, and right now, spring is in full swing. This is the season when flowers and plants, once bare, come alive again.

It's a beautiful reminder of nature's incredible ability to renew itself. Nature is truly beautiful and it has a way of crafting its own beauty. At this time of the year, it's a beautiful sight to behold as you move around. You are see flowers around in different colours, shapes and sizes. With spring here, I get to see many trees proudly showing off their vibrant colours. These flowers I would say, always show much more than just beauty.

I think they truly add a touch of warmth to us apart from their beauty. You feel good when you see them, for me I would have loved to see them all year long, but seasons are go through cycles, one must pave way for the other. Soon summer will arrive, well it's my most favourite, I have more expectation for this season which I can't wait for it to arrive. For now we enjoy spring.
