As someone who has been to several interviews, I can confidently say that the most interesting one I had was when I was asked what made me believe that I was capable of doing the job. It was refreshing to be asked a question that was directly related to my skills and abilities, unlike other interviews that focused on irrelevant aspects. In today's world, skills are like superpowers that can help you stand out in the job market. Employers are increasingly interested in hiring individuals with strong skills that are relevant to the job they're applying for.

Interestingly, there are some countries where getting a job is solely based on your skills and nothing else. Academic qualifications are not given much importance, and employers are more interested in what you can bring to the table. In today's job market, having the right skills is key to landing your dream job. Gone are the days when academic qualifications held more weight than skills. Employers are now more interested in individuals who have honed their skills and can deliver excellent results on the job.
