Look at this blessed bush!

One of my habits I'm tracking this year is 10,000 steps a day. I haven't looked at the data but I'm guessing my daily average during the week is about 6,000 with my extra stuff on the weekend perhaps bumping the whole lot up to 8,000 p/day.

Today, however I managed only 4,660 steps before 6pm (when I'm now sitting down about to watch some - awesome - Netflix series. According to one of my tracking apps my week ends on a Friday night, and so this week I only got 63,091 steps, which, when I do the maths, is just over 9,000 per day. So, I think that's a good start for week 1 of 2022.

The question is what will my average week look like a month from now? Six months from now? A year from now? I guess we'll have to wait and see!

Meanwhile, bush! Isn't it pretty? Two thirds of my steps from today's step count came from this short walking activity in the bush. Not a bad way to tick them off :)
