I couldn't resist myself from creating another blog for @OCD's Community Incubation Program #5 of Highlighting Movies & TV Shows Community with this one being a blog containing 3 of the best TV shows I watched which, I am sure the all time great TV shows.
My First blog for this contest was about an Indian movie DDLJ, a movie full of love story between 2 Non Residing Indians staying in Europe.

I would like to first answer below question as part of the rules and then provide the details of the TV Shows.

What is your favorite genre and why? Cite specific examples of movies that you liked the most in that particular genre.

Like I said in first blog for this contest, I like mystery solving, action and drama genre much above than other ones and yes comedy movies and TV shows also the ones I like.
To quote some examples of movies Rambo and it's sequels, Da Vinci Code, Sherlock Homes are some of them.

This time, as I mentioned above, I would like to highlight about 3 TV Shows I watched.
Let's go then and see what are those TV shows are:

TV Show 1 - How I Met Your Mother:

It was in year 2012 when I first watched this TV show as I was in UK for a shorter period as part of my job as a Software Engineer and I guess it was season 8 by then and Josh Radnor was with full josh and was shining like a star and ably supported by Jason Segel, Alyson Hannigan, Cobie Smulders and Cobie Smulders in the main roles.
The series is all about how Ted tells to his son Luke and daughter Penny how he met their mother Tracy McConnell and this is the series of events happened between 2005 to 2013 as tv serial episodes.
Before watching this in year 2012, I wasn't much into English TV shows and was happy watching Indian shows such as CID, Crime Patrol and Malgudi Days among those and Malgudi Days was the most liked Indian TV Show which I have included in this blog as number 3 TV Show.
It was always fun watching the conversations between Ted and Robin and Marshal and Lily in How I met Your Mother.
Unlike many other tv shows, there is lesser gossiping in this show and since the father is narrating how he met his children's mother, the series are kinda informative and presents something to learn although the main character and other characters have some naughty behavior as well.

TV Show 2 - Two and Half Men:

This is another series of TV show I started watching in 2012 and the story revolves around 2 and half men, meaning 2 adults and a kid.
Charlie Sheen, the actor who is known for this and other TV shows along with many of his movies, is the main character in this show and his name in the show is Charlie Harper and the other 2 main characters being Alan Harper, Charlie's brother portrayed by Jon Cryer and his son Jake Harper performed by Angus T Jones.
So, the main plot of this TV show is Charlie Harper, a writer stays in a beachfront Malibu House and later joined by his brother Alan and Alan's son Jake after Alan divorces and the story is all about how these 3 men, albeit Two and Half Men stays in that beach house and how Charlie Harper has to cope up with his brother and his son.
Frankly speaking, this show is not for full family watching since there are many episodes(or should I say all the episodes?) which shows about Charlie Harper's affairs and may be because of that, the kid is considered as half man here :), but overall, the show keeps viewers engaged to the TV and keeps us active with all humor from Charlie Sheen and co.
Two and Half Men is full of comedy and Charlie Sheen is a king of comedy not just in tv shows but also in movie Hot Shots.

Malgudi Days is an Indian TV show directed by famous Kannada actor/director Shankar Nag and the episodes were based on short stories written by Indian writer R K Narayan and the show first telecasted in the year 1986.
In total, there were 39 episodes based on 32 stories from the book Malgudi Days and the story is centered around a boy named Swami and his childhood days in the village of Malgudi
Shankar Nag was known for his perfection as an actor and director and the series were well received by the people with Doordarshan, India's national television airing the episodes between 1986 and 2006.
