SEC is attempting to classify Ethereum as a security

It is circulating on X that US SEC is now on a campaign to classify Ethereum a security . The Ethereum foundation is under investigation by the SEC. The news supposed to have negative effect on ethereum price but it went reverse and ethereum price is up by 5% since the news came.

This is circulating all over the internet , everyone is talking about it and calling SEC a joke department. This is because we all know that what their intentions have been from past to this time. They have lost case against xrp in the past and now targeting ethereum.

People showed that they do not take SEC serious , the rise in the price of ethereum is a strong example of this. People know that SEC always do stupid things. SEC will be losing 100% if it stands against Ethereum.

Ethereum is the second largest cryptocurrency by marketcap founded by vitalik butterin. Despite of the high transaction fees it is still standing strong on its position which shows that it is the daddy of all L-2 chains.

SEC targeting crypto is not a bew thing , they have targeted a lot of crypto in the past such as XRP , Matic algorand and many more. Without any doubt they could not prove their words.

A few users on X have raised question that if Ethereum is a security then why the X SEC chair who meet the vitalik didn't filed against it. Another user asked that if Ethereum is a security then the who it should be blamed , vitalik or the past SEC chairmain who met Vitalik.

The SEC started this shit when ETH etfs were on an edge to be getting approved. SEC is sick , thats it. Whatever they do then cannot be successful in their dirty game.

Well, i am bullish on ethereum , i would advise you to buy as much as you can because its time. Ethereum is straight going to hit $12k in this bullrun.

On the other hands , we saw that bitcoin dipped to $60k as a result altcoins bleeded. Good thing is that Bitcoin is now back to $66k and rest of the market is also recovering well.

I am holding whatever i have as its not the time to dump because bullrun is yet to start. Some of you maybe thinking that bullrun is over but it is not indeed.

People start crying when they see bitcoin dropped by 5% and they predict it to hit zero. This is the stupid thing one can only imagine. Bitcoin is here and will always be. Before selling any of your bag you should keep in mind that Bitcoin halving is just around the corner, this will send bitcoin very high. Halving occurs every four hours and it decreases block rewards making bitcoin more difficult to achieve. It automatically makes Bitcoin more valuable.
