vexPolycub || Seems interesting Feature

As said "vexPOLYCUB stands for Voting Escrow xPOLYCUB". The vexPolycub is a good concept. Actually anyone can stake xPolycub into vexPolycub. The stakers in vexPolycub will get two good Benefits.
First benefit is that the stakers in vexPolycub will get 20% fixed apy And the second benefit is that they will be given 3x governance power.
