Hola, hoy quiero compartirles una receta sencilla, galletas de avena y bananas, muy importante las bananas deben de estar maduras, si quieres que sea mas saludable puedes sustituir las chispas de chocolate por algún fruto seco de tu preferencia, sin mas comencemos.

Pelar las bananas, cortarlas en trozos, colocarlas en un envase y triturar con ayuda de un tenedor hasta que tengan la consistencia de un puré.

Luego agregar la avena poco a poco y mezclar hasta que este como una masa.
