Some more pain on Saturday and the week so far isn't really playing out as I hoped which happens more often when I try to push my stakes up a bit. I have one more day where I will keep pushing with for the first time since long a somewhat stronger bet. I'm looking forward to see how it all plays out today and hope to bounce back strong to still end the week in the profit and avoid getting crushed. 4 Matches...

Club Brugge vs AA Gent

Club Brugge played a strage match last week as in the 1st half it looked like it was the same old story where they played poorly while in the 2nd half they crushed their opponent in a way they should have been doing an many matches this season ending it in an 1-5 score. They are without Onyedika today who is important and still have to do with the 3rd goalkeeper. So the question now is if Club Brugge actually got started and will be winning many more matches with a wide margin from now on or if they still will perform at times like in the first half last week. The thing that looks changed is that they will keep pushing if they are ahead instead of crawling back. AA Gent had their first match with new coach De Mil Last week and the same problems were still present. They tried to push against a rather weak Antwerp but failed to create much showing that they have a lot of work to do. Skoras also got red late and will be suspended today. I do expect a match where AA Gent will crawl back and try to keep the clean sheet as long as possible hoping to get some chances on the counter. I would not be surprised if this once again resulted in a low scoring 1st half with things possibly going more crazy in the 2nd half. I took just 0.1 unit on 1st Half Under 1.25 @ 2.050. I also took 0.12 units on AA Gent Team Total Under 1 @ 1.860 and am leaning toward Club Brugge mainly because they did change their momentum in the 2nd half last week while Leko who came over from Gent should have a really good idea how to beat them. I already took 0.08 units on Club Brugge -1 @ 1.870

Sint-Truiden vs Kv Mechelen

Stvv for the first time since a while had an off day last week against Anderlecht but generally have been a solid team. They are complete and I so see this as somewhat of a revenge spot after last week. So I do anticipate them to want to start strong and forward. Kv Mechelen last week managed to win away against Cercle Brugge as the underdog and have been running very hot performing over the xg created with high efficiency which is bound to come down. At the same time, they are getting rather generous handicaps so it's hard to oppose them. Based on the xg of stvv who manage to create quite a lot (1.64-3.06-2.08-2.31-1.54-250 in their last 6) it feels like a match that could have goals. They also get quite some xg against at an average of 1.85 in the last 4 while Mechelen is at 1.58. I'm still kind of leaning toward the under 3 line though. Mechelen has been an over corners team while Stvv also most of the time reaches at least 9. Mechelen is the best 1st half away team & Stvv is the best 1st half Home team. I'm going in with a lean on the over in corners and will wait to see if I end up taking anything live. No Pre-Game Bets

Antwerp vs Anderlecht

The way that I see this match is that Antwerp with newly found confidence and some crazy support at home is bound to play a lot more forward which creates more open games. This was shown in the first match they played when the new tribute 2 was opened which ended in a 3-0 win against Genk. Anderlecht at the same time has shown to be capable expecially at home while away in their last match they really gave way too much away on the defensive end. They also have some defensive worries with Camara, Kana, Augustingson out. So I espect a match where 2 teams want to play and enough space for goals to come while the line is too much set on what used to be a defensive aproach from Antwerp which still seems to be the case away and the Solid Anderlecht defenisve stats which might not hold up with the injuries and the previously shaky away defense. I took 0.5 units on Over 2.5 @ 2.011 along with 0.128 units on Over 3 @ 2.710, 0.038 units on Over 4.5 @ 6.23, 0.12 units on Antwerp Over 1 @ 1.750, 0.12 units Anderlecht Team Total Over 1.25 @ 1.980, & 0.095 units on 1st Half Over 1 @ 1.890 for in total 1 unit and I'm tempted to take some more as odds went up a but while at the same time I can't say that I'm crazy confident. I also would not be surprised to see corners in this match and might hunt a small bet at high odds early on if they move quickly.

OH Leuven vs Cercle Brugge

Cercle Brugge continues to be in the same pattern where they don't look bad but somehow always continue to lose match after match while their coach stays on. They also for some reason were made the favorite in the previous matches which kept me away from backing them as they are bound to take a win at some point. Today they are the small DNB Underdog away against OH Leuven. The home team. OHL hasn't really improved since defensive coach Mazzu came on but won deserved last week with a 0-1 score against a weak Standard. They tend to start the match with some intentions forward but that usually doesn't last too long and only when they fall behind they are willing to take more risks. The odds one Cercle Brugge tempt me but at the same time I don't want to gamble on them breaking the streak with their coach still on board. This is another match where an early push up in odds on a high corners line might tempt me to take a gamble on that. for now, No Pre-Game Bets
