It would be nice if there ever came a proposal but I doubt it will happen. What I wonder though is how it's not too easy to right now just rent 1 strong deck and climb the ranks bringing back the same problem of the pasty why collection power was introduced. Bots also going to just use soulbound reward cards in mass to extract value going forward. I guess it's only a matter of time before the next changes will need to be made.

I think a really nice solution would be to be able to rent only for example up to a 20% of your Card Power.
So this way you should own enough cards to be able to rent something really powerful, and at the same time you should have room to improve as you can rent a let's say $100 card that you can't afford if you own at least $500 in cards yourself, I hope it makes sense.
