Week 6 Results | 16W-19L-7P | +0.955 Units Profit

This is a weekly overview of my personal sports betting/trading results on teams from the Belgian Jupiler League, documenting my journey toward long-term profit with some insights on my overall approach.

I managed to follow up a week of +1.418 units profit with one where I managed to make +0.955 units, which at this point has pretty much averted me from getting into a real 'crisis' as I was down -3.5 units at some point early in the season. I'm always thinking of what if I get into a big losing streak which makes me cut the risk when I am down to avoid a situation where it's just super frustrating. When I'm up a lot I'm much more willing to take some risk (which pretty much always backfires as the market tends to put me with my feet on the ground whenever I start to believe that I'm seeing lines and odds that are completely off.

The reality though is that I'm still down -3.15% on the season after 247 bets, and the overall edge remains small. Now it kind of feels good since I was down more but a similar result when I first would have been up it would feel bad. So regulating these emotions is pretty much key to long-term profitability. Always stay grounded, disciplined, do the needed work, and have the focus while looking at things 1 bet at a time, one week at a time, and one season at a time. That is how you create a long-term chart that actually goes up!

Pre-Game Preview Bets Season 2026-2027

I ended up with 3 main confident pre-game bets that ended up making it as official bold suggestings in the previews that I'm making and all 3 of them ended up as winners. Actually 2 full winners and 1 half win.

• OH Leuven vs Cercle Brugge 1H U1.25 @ 1.900
• Genk vs AA Gent Under 2.75 @ 1.856
• Charleroi +0 @ 2.033

Also this season on the 13 bets that I had, all of them had considerable lower closing odds compared to what I took which remains the best indicator of long-term profitability. Even though I'm down on all my personal bets combined so far this season, these selected bets are now uo +2.455 units onr +18.88% after 13 bets. As always, these bets are shared at the time that I take them on Discord and I try to stick to only making bets that are actually possible to get into with a bit of size as the bold bets.

2026-2027 Season Chart

I'm still around 2 units away from the expected profit line and I also still want to increase my overall weekly stake closer to 8-10 units, so there is a lot of work left to do. It's nice though to see a recovery after the initial massacre and I hope to continue this. The first goal remains to avoid further downside, the 2nd goal is to get back to break even and the 3rd goal is to reach again closer to the pink expected line.
