The wife of my husband and my very close friend is a citizen of Uzbekistan but currently lives with his wife in Turkey. We don't get to see each other much because they are busy in Antalya. They have invited us to come to this restaurant for months, but we were not able to go because we were in a busy period. Since our friend's wife is a vocal artist, their work is very busy. We wanted to see our close friends and have dinner and see our friends at the restaurant where they work.
In this way, we will see our friends and learn from different cultures. We would have the opportunity to taste dishes .
My wife and I like to taste dishes from different cultures and we are very interested .
I mentioned in my previous articles that different places and everything belonging to those regions take me to those places, even for a moment.
Let me introduce you to Bukhara restaurant in Antalya.

Bukhara restaurant is one of the excellent restaurants where everything belongs to the culture and region of Uzbekistan. This restaurant, with its interior design and the culture of Uzbekistan, offers service to people in every respect. It takes people to different lands with its interior design, food, beautiful services to its guests, and local clothes. 🙏🌟🤗

We chose dishes from the beautiful menu of the Uzbekistan region at the table that our friends had reserved for us in advance. I can even say that we chose it by taking advice from our friend. 🤗

This is the dish you have seen below, Uzbekistan ravioli, dear friends. His name is Kaskoni. 🤗
Its name may be different and a little big, but it is similar to our ravioli both in taste and appearance, and it is very delicious. I recommend you try it. This ravioli was eaten by hand 😂
I ate it with a fork and knife with a lot of effort, then I found out. But let me tell you, don't go to all that trouble. 😂😂

In the photo below, there is plum compote from the region of Uzbekistan, that is, plum compote juice, as we say. So don't mistake it for wine by mistake. 😂
It tastes really good, you must try it. 🤗

This dish is a pasta dish with noodles, but it is called soup. The name of this dish is Lagman soup, a legendary soup with vegetables and pasta that gives you energy, you must try it.🤗

In this photo, there is tea from the region of Uzbekistan. It is a wonderful tea that relaxes you when you drink it. The difference with our tea was that there was mint, lemon, green tea and honey.
After I drank it, I tasted mint, lemon and honey. In the fax, there was green tea in it. 🤗
Me and my family enjoyed their food and drinks very much.

My friend Nişana Alimova, whom I mentioned, is a voice artist. He is also very kind-hearted, if I were to describe his voice, he has a magnificent voice and his own interpretation. Sizlere bir restoranın kendi yöresiyle ve yemekleriyle, sunumuyla bizleri bir anlığınıda olsa Özbekistana nasıl götürdüğünü anlatacağım.

Gelin bu güzel günün nasıl başladığını anlatayım.
Eşimin ve benim çok yakın arkadaşımın eşi Özbekistan vatandaşı ama şu anda Türkiye eşiyle birlikte yaşıyor. Antalyada işleri çok yoğun olduğu için pek görüşemiyoruz. Aylardır bizi bu restorana gelmemiz için davet ettiler fakat yogun bi dönemde oldugumuz için gitmek nasip olmamıştı .Arkadaşımızın eşi ses sanatçısı olduğu için işleri baya yoğun.Biz de yakın arkadaşlarımızı görmek için çalıştıkları restoranda hem yemek yiyelim hem de arkadaşlarımızı görelim istedik.
Bu sayede hem arkadaşlarımızı görecek hemde farklı kültürden
Yemekler tatma fırsatımız olacaktı .Eşim ve ben farklı kültürlerin yemeklerini tatmayı severiz ve çok ilgimizi çeker . Bir önceki yazılarımda bahsetmiştim farklı yerler ve o yörelere ait her şey beni bir anlığınada da olsa o yerlere götürüyor diye . İşte Antalyada bulunan Buhara restoran ile sizleri tanıştırayım..

Buhara restoran Özbekistan kültürüne ve yöresine ait her şeyin olduğu mükemmel restoranlardan bir tanesidir. İç dizaynı ve Özbekistan kültürünün bir arada olduğu bu restoran her açıdan insanlara hizmet sunmakta . İç dizaynı , yemekleri , misafirlerine sundukları güzel hizmetleri , yöresel kıyafetleri ile insanı farklı diyarlara götürüyor. 🙏🌟🤗

Bizde arkadaşlarımızın bizim için önceden ayırttıkları masada Özbekistan yöresine ait güzel menüden yemekler seçtik. Hatta arkadaşımızdan tavsiyeler alarak seçtikte diyebilirim . 🤗

İsmi değişik ve biraz büyük olabilir fakat bizim mantılarımıza da hem tad olarak hemde görüntü olarak benziyor ve çok lezzetli. Denemenizi tavsiye ederim. Bu mantı el işe yenmekteymiş 😂 ben çatal ve bıçak ile çok emek harcayarak yedim sonradan haberim oldu . Ama olsun sizlere söyleyeyim siz bu kadar zahmete girmeyin . 😂😂

Bu yemeğimiz ise erişteli makarnalı bir yemek ama çorba diye geçiyor. Bu yemeğin ismi Lagman çorbası tamamen enerji veren sebzeli makarnalı efsane bir çorba mutlaka denemelisiniz.🤗

Bu fotoğrafta ise gene Özbekistan yöresine ait çay bulunmakta.insanı içtiğinde rahatlatan harika bir çay . Bizim çayımızla arasındaki fark içinde nane limon yeşil çay ve bal varmış . Ben içtikten sonra nane limon ve balı tadını aldım faksta içinde yeşil çay da varmış . 🤗
Ben ve ailem yemeklerini içeceklerini çok beğendik .

Bahsetmiş olduğum Arkadaşım Nişana Alimova kendisi ses sanatçısıdır . Ayrıca çok iyi kalplidir , sesini anlatacak olursam muhteşem bir sesi ve kendine has yorumlaması vardır. Sahne şovlarıda çok güzeldir . O gün akşam bizlere mükemmel bir müzik şöleni sundu . Buradan canım arkadaşıma misafir bizi ağırladığı için çok teşekkür ederim.
