Hola amigos. Feliz día. Deseando que todos estén muy bien. En días recientes leí la invitación para un concurso desde esta comunidad, dicho proyecto debe estar relacionado con el mundo marino. Hace mucho que no realizaba una manualidad sobre este tema por lo que me pareció la ocasión oportuna para crear un nuevo diseño a crochet.

Hello friends. Happy day to you all. Wishing you all well. In recent days I read the invitation for a contest from this community, this project should be related to the marine world. It's been a long time since I made a craft on this topic so I thought it was the right time to create a new crochet design.

Cuando salgo a la calle siempre me ha gustado guardar en el bolsillo más pequeño de mi pantalón un billete cuyo valor alcance para pagar dos pasajes de bus. Esto lo hago porque accidentalmente se me han perdido los billetes y me he quedado sin dinero para devolverme a casa. Pensando en ello quise crear un monedero pequeño que también me servirá para guardar el billete, en Venezuela llamamos a esto "caleta".

Los materiales que usé para hacer este monedero son:

🐡 Hilos pabilos.
🐡 Aguja de crochet de 2,25mm.
🐡 Aguja lanera.
🐡 Tijeras.
🐡 Ojos plásticos.
🐡 Pegamento.

When I go out on the street I always like to keep in the smallest pocket of my pants a bill that is enough to pay for two bus fares. I do this because I have accidentally lost my tickets and have run out of money to return home. Thinking about it I wanted to create a small purse that will also serve to keep the ticket, in Venezuela we call this "caleta".

The materials I used to make this coin purse are:

🐡 Threads pabilos.
🐡 2,25mm crochet needle.
🐡 Wool needle.
🐡 Scissors.
🐡 Plastic eyes.
🐡 Glue.

Para hacer este nuevo diseño empecé tejiendo un anillo mágico.
Después tejí dentro de anillo mágico 12 puntos altos.
Cerré la vuelta con 1 punto deslizado.
La siguiente vuelta la inicié con 2 puntos altos en un mismo punto. Así continué tejiendo, 2 puntos altos por cada punto de la vuelta anterior. (24puntos es el resultado)
Cerré la vuelta con 1 punto deslizado.
Inicié la última vuelta con 1 punto alto y luego 1 aumento de punto alto. Así tejí toda la vuelta.
Cerré y rematé.
🐡 Tejí otro igual siguiendo el mismo patrón.

To make this new design I started by knitting a magic ring.
Then I knitted 12 double crochet stitches inside the magic ring.
I closed the row with 1 slip stitch.
The next row I started with 2 double crochet in the same stitch. In this way I continued knitting, 2 double crochet for each stitch of the previous row (24 stitches is the result).
I closed the row with 1 slip stitch.
I started the last row with 1 slip stitch and then 1 increase of slip stitch. This is how I knitted the whole round.
I closed and finished off.
🐡 I knit another one just like it following the same pattern.

En uno de las dos piezas tejidas procedí a realizar las aletas del pez. Usé hilo pabilo color lila y la misma aguja de crochet de 2,25mm.
Empecé por la aleta de arriba: tejí
1pb-3pma-1pa-1pad-1pa-3pma-1pb y finalicé con 1pd.

In one of the two knitted pieces I proceeded to make the fins of the fish. I used lilac colored wick yarn and the same 2.25mm crochet needle.
I started with the top fin: I knitted
1pb-3pma-1pa-1pad-1pa-3pma-1pb and finished with 1pd.

Para tejer la cola inicié con 3mpa cerrados juntos, luego tejí 3cadenas, subí con 3 puntos altos, luego bajé con 3 cadenas y terminé con 1pd. En ese mismo punto elaboré la otra mitad de la cola siguiendo el mismo patrón.

To knit the tail I started with 3mpa closed together, then knit 3 chains, went up with 3 high stitches, then went down with 3 chains and finished with 1pd. In that same stitch I knit the other half of the tail following the same pattern.

Para hacer las aletas pequeñas tejí 3 cadenas, 3 puntos altos, 3 cadenas, 1pd todos dentro de un solo punto de la vuelta anterior.

To make the small flaps I knit 3 chains, 3 high stitches, 3 chains, 1pd all within a single crochet of the previous round.

Para hacerle los ojos al pez usé hilo pabilo color blanco y la misma aguja de crochet. Inicié tejiendo un anillo mágico. Luego tejí dentro del anillo 6 puntos bajos. Cerré la vuelta y escondí la hebra sobrante.
Dentro del tejido blanco pegué el ojo de plástico.

To make the eyes of the fish I used white thread and the same crochet needle. I started by knitting a magic ring. Then I knit 6 single crochet stitches inside the ring. I closed the loop and hid the excess yarn. Inside the white fabric I glued the plastic eye.

Una vez seco el pegamento procedí a coser ambas piezas tejidas color morado. Usé hilo pabilo color morado y la aguja lanera. Cosí ambas piezas dejando libre o abierto el espacio donde está la aleta grande. Por allí entrará el billete o la caleta.

Igualmente en esa parte de arriba, por detrás, usando el hilo morado tejí una cadena de 25puntos, luego entré de nuevo en el mismo punto y tejí 1pd. Cerré y rematé.

Once the glue was dry, I proceeded to sew both purple woven pieces together. I used purple thread and the wool needle. I sewed both pieces leaving the space where the big flap is free or open. The bill or the cove will fit through there.

In the same way, at the back, using the purple thread I knitted a chain of 25 stitches, then I entered again in the same stitch and knitted 1pd. I closed and finished off.

Este es el resultado. También tejí uno de tonos azules. Cualquier color que escojamos es ideal para hacer estos monederos. Ahora solo falta ponerlos en el llavero y estrenar.

This is the result. I also knitted one in blue tones. Any color we choose is ideal for making these purses. Now we just need to put them on the keychain and use them for the first time.
