Nada más cierto que eso. En esta ocasión una de las preguntas de la semana nos invita a soñar. ¿Ya sabes de qué se trata? Te muestro a continuación:
1️⃣ Cuando no puedes más y necesitas relajarte, ¿cómo te tratas? Describe cómo es eso para ti y cuándo fue la última vez que te trataste a ti mismo.

2️⃣ Si te regalaran un billete de avión de ida y vuelta a cualquier parte del mundo, ¿a dónde elegirías ir y, concretamente, por qué?

1️⃣ Cuando no puedes más y necesitas relajarte, ¿cómo te tratas? Describe cómo es eso para ti y cuándo fue la última vez que te trataste a ti mismo.
🌻 Esta pregunta me lleva a caer en cuenta que desde hace muchísimo tiempo no me relajo de la manera que más me gusta hacerlo. Ir de compras, de viaje o comer en un restaurante sin compañía de mis familiares.
Acostumbraba a ir de viaje con mi familia. El padre de mis hijos fue comprensible en ese aspecto. Mi demandante trabajo producía mucho agotamiento mental y físico. Para relajarme nos íbamos a la playa o aguas termales. Él se ocupaba de los niños mientras yo vivía un completo relax. Eventualmente antes de las vacaciones yo me regalaba un día para mí, era parte de mi rutina. Asistía a los cafés, los más silenciosos de la ciudad. Pedía mi café preferido y comía unas galletas. Además cada seis meses regularmente salía de compras por zapatos. Nada mas relajante para mí que ver y comprar zapatos.
Ahora sólo me relajo leyendo, visitando a mi familia y haciendo compras de meriendas.
2️⃣ Si te regalaran un billete de avión de ida y vuelta a cualquier parte del mundo, ¿a dónde elegirías ir y, concretamente, por qué?
🌻 Si me regalaran un boleto en avión ida y vuelta elegiría indudablemente visitar a mi hermana que está en el extranjero. Sé que estaría muy feliz de verme. Tendría que avisarle antes para que pida permiso en su trabajo y así poder aprovechar el mayor tiempo juntas. Nos haría súper bien a las dos encontrarnos. Aunque estoy segura que ella preferiría que fuera mi mamá, pero yo con gusto le llevaría de su parte muchos besos, abrazos y unas tortas de casabe.

🌻 This question makes me realize that I have not been relaxing in the way I like to relax for a long time. Shopping, traveling or eating in a restaurant without the company of my family.
I used to go on trips with my family. My children's father was understandable in that respect. My demanding job produced a lot of mental and physical exhaustion. To relax, we would go to the beach or hot springs. He took care of the children while I experienced complete relaxation. Eventually before the vacations I would treat myself to a day to myself, it was part of my routine. I would go to the cafes, the quietest in town. I would order my favorite coffee and eat some cookies. And every six months I would regularly go shopping for shoes. Nothing more relaxing for me than looking at and buying shoes.
Now I just relax by reading, visiting my family and shopping for snacks.
2️⃣ If you were given a round trip airline ticket to anywhere in the world, where would you choose to go, and specifically, why?
🌻 If I were given a round-trip plane ticket I would definitely choose to visit my sister who is abroad. I know she would be very happy to see me. I would have to let her know ahead of time so she can ask for permission at her work so we can take advantage of as much time together as possible. It would do us both the world of good to get together. Although I'm sure she would prefer my mom, but I would gladly bring her lots of kisses, hugs and cassava cakes.

I am realizing as I read all of the entries, that I've not done a good job of treating myself lately! I am going to have to fix that!
I like what you used to do; having a day just to yourself for yourself. I can't even remember the last time I had some 'alone' time. Thanks for sharing and have a lovely day!
We need to conserve ourselves. Dedicating a day for ourselves is almost mandatory. I hope to get back into the habit soon.
