En esta ocasión quise aprovechar el último trozo de alambre que me queda para hacer unos accesorios sencillos. El día de hoy les presentaré un modelo muy bonito que se hace rápido, con muy poco alambre y algunas piedras. ¡Quédate para que veas el paso a paso!

En la mesa de trabajo tenía algunos cristales checos, alambre del número 18, dos argollas pequeñas, dos piedras azules, dos blancas ovaladas y planas. (desconozco su nombre). Busqué las herramientas: pinzas de corte, pinzas mandril, pinzas punta plana y empecé a crear.

On the work table I had some Czech crystals, #18 wire, two small rings, two blue stones, two white flat oval stones (I don't know their name). I looked for the tools: cutting pliers, mandrel pliers, flat nose pliers and started to create.

💎 Empezando realicé cuatro seguros pescador o anzuelos. Ayudándome con las pinzas mandril y los dedos logré la forma deseada. Se inicia en un alambre de 3 cm aproximadamente haciendo la argolla y luego se hace una curva hacía atrás y después hacia adelante. Yo los hago cortos como pueden ver. Si te gustan largos solo debes usar más alambre. Para finalizar subí un poco la punta y la lijé con la lima de la pinza punta plana.

To finish I raised the tip a little and sanded it with the file of the flat tip tweezers.

💎 El próximo paso fue engarzar y entorchar la piedra plana. Para ello tomé un trozo de alambre lo pasé por la piedra, realicé una argolla en la punta superior del alambre. Con el alambre del extremo inferior (directo del rollo) subí haciendo presión para cubrir parte de la piedra y llevar el alambre hasta el otro extremo en el que entorché dando dos vueltas. Después corté el alambre y aplasté la punta sobrante para evitar molestias al usar el arete. Esa curva del alambre que se aprecia en la piedra la logré haciendo un mínimo giro con ayuda de la pinza plana ya finalizado el entorchado.

💎 The next step was to set and twist the flat stone. To do this I took a piece of wire and passed it through the stone, made a ring at the top end of the wire. With the wire at the lower end (straight from the coil) I went up and put pressure to cover part of the stone and bring the wire to the other end where I twisted it twice. Then I cut the wire and flattened the excess tip to avoid discomfort when wearing the earring. That curve of the wire that can be seen in the stone was achieved by making a minimal twist with the help of the flat pliers once the twisting was finished.

El primero que hice fue usando las piedras y cristales blancos, luego para hacer el paso a paso usé las azules. Aunque en las fotos no se distinguen bien estos colores les aseguro que son azules 💙 haciendo este arete se fue la luz por durante seis horas. Fue frustrante trabajar así, pero la musa hay que aprovecharla.

💎 Próximo paso fue engarzar los cristales. Pasé el alambre, realicé las argollas en ambos extremos. Con 2,5 cm de alambre es suficiente para cada cristal. Es importante marcar visualmente el lugar en el mandril para que todas las argollas queden iguales. ¡Se hace lo posible!

The first one I made was using the white stones and crystals, then to make the step by step I used the blue ones. Although in the photos these colors are not well distinguished I assure you that they are blue 💙 making this earring the light was out for six hours. It was frustrating to work like that, but you have to take advantage of the muse.

💎 Next step was to set the crystals. I ran the wire through, made the rings at both ends. With 2.5 cm of wire is enough for each crystal. It is important to visually mark the place on the mandrel so that all the rings look the same. it is done as much as possible!

💎 Una vez que tenía preparadas todas las piezas empecé a armar la prenda. Consiste en unir cada una abriendo y cerrando las argollas correspondientes. A los aretes blancos no les coloqué argolla adicional, solo usé las argollas de los engarces. En el arete azul sí coloqué una argolla entre el cristal y el anzuelo. Ambos tienen movilidad.

Once I had all the pieces ready, I started to assemble the garment. It consists of joining each one by opening and closing the corresponding rings. For the white earrings I didn't put any additional ring, I only used the rings of the crimps. In the blue earring I placed a ring between the crystal and the hook. Both have mobility.

Algo que me gusta muchísimo de crear bisutería es que la creatividad se va activando a medida que vemos materiales sobre la mesa. Es una excelente estrategia para incentivarnos. A veces yo estoy desmotivada, no me llega la inspiración, carezco de ideas y lo que hago es colocar sobre la mesa algunos materiales. Dependiendo de lo que más me atraiga en ese momento. A veces coloco mis hilos, otras veces material reciclado, telas o insumos para bisutería. Si de pronto me inspiro en proyectos cuyos materiales no están en la mesa, rápidamente hago el cambio. Porque algo sí les digo amigos míos, si no estoy inspirada prefiero no hacer nada. No sé si les pasa igual.

💎 Así quedan terminados estos lindos modelos de aretes engarzados y entorchados con alambre. Espero que les gusten y hagan muchos para lucir, vender o regalar.

Something I really like about creating jewelry is that creativity is activated as we see materials on the table. It is an excellent strategy to encourage us. Sometimes I am unmotivated, I am not inspired, I lack ideas and what I do is to place some materials on the table. Depending on what attracts me the most at that moment. Sometimes I place my threads, other times recycled material, fabrics or supplies for jewelry. If I am suddenly inspired by projects whose materials are not on the table, I quickly make the change. Because one thing I tell you my friends, if I'm not inspired I prefer not to do anything. I don't know if it's the same for you.
