La tristeza es un estado en los que en algunos casos es necesario caer, el llorara nos ayuda a sanar, perdonar y liberar.
Teniendo en cuenta que esta emoción negativa nos quita todo por lo que hemos luchado por un tiempo prudencial, y si no se tiene precaución, pueden ocasionar daños graves en nuestro cuerpo.
Por eso se hace necesario, que cuando sientas el impulso de una emoción negativa y de dolor dejar salir las lágrimas y no reprimir, esta es la forma como nuestro cuerpo nos ayuda a liberar las emociones negativas.
Ya que el cumulo de estas emociones negativas van ocasionando en nuestro cuerpo un sinfín de enfermedades. Y que en algunos casos son muy graves.
Cuando sintamos que estamos en un estado de tristeza y depresión, es recomendable, salir, compartir con un grupo de buenos amigos, que le ayuden a mantener su mente ocupada.
Salir a dar un paseo, a caminar conocer otras personas, tratar de sonreír. Eso ayuda mucho ya que le enviamos una señal diferente a nuestro cerebro, y el trata de cambiar el ánimo automáticamente.
También podemos tratar de bloquear y evitar los pensamientos negativos y repetitivos que llegan a nuestra mente.
Y lo mejor que podemos hacer es entregarle las cargas a Dios, pedir que nos ayude a liberar esas cargas que nos quitan la paz, el amor y el gozo.
Y si sientes que no puedes con la carga, porque te está robando tu paz, entonces deberías de pensar en soltar, el entorno, la persona o el objeto que te mantiene atada a ese dolor y a esa tristeza.
pero siempre ten presente que es necesario soltar para sanar.
