Dia de hombros en casa [Esp 🇪🇸 | Eng 🇺🇸]
Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC en este post les traigo una pequeña rutina de hombros que hice en casa debido a que en este dia estaba full ocupado y no podÃa ir al parque,
pero como a mi no me gusta dejar de entrenar realice esta rutina ne casa, espero les guste.
Greetings friends of #Hive and #SWC in this post I bring you a little shoulder routine that I did at home because on this day I was full busy and could not go to the park, but as I do not like to stop training perform this routine ne home, I hope you like it.
En el primer ejercicio estuve aguantando tuck planche hasta el fallo dure alrededor de 18 segundos.
In the first exercise I was holding tuck planche to failure for about 18 seconds.

En el segundo ejercicio
realice flexiones en linsh plnache, y como siempre todas las hago hasta al fallo, hice como alrededor de 12 reps.
In the second exercise I did pushups on linsh plnache, and as always I do them all to failure, I did about 12 reps.

En el tercer y ultimo ejercicio no podÃa dejar por fuera las push up en hastand, este es uno de los mejores ejercicios para hombros, también la pueden realizar en su versión simplificada que son las picas.
In the third and last exercise I could not leave out the push up in hastand, this is one of the best exercises for shoulders, you can also perform it in its simplified version which are the pikes.
