Welcome to the New Cross Culture's Daily Curation where we bring you some amazing posts from members across communities of different cultures, focusing on but not limited to bilingual posts.
The Cross Culture community, was created by @whatamidoing.
It is a community that supports authors who make posts that share the realities of different cultures first hand, as well as different perspectives and experiences. We look for ways in which cultures can become crosscrossed and enlightening while going beyond stereotypes associated with certain culture.

Culture is the identity of the people who embrace it. The place where I live is culturally rich. Our culture dates back to some 5000 years. Yes! I'm talking about sindh. Here people believe in unity in diversity. This is what binds us all together. November and December are two important months for us as we all gather through out the to country to show solidarity with everyone. One thing that I love the most about my culture is Ajrak.

Today I'm going to share you this kind of recipe that most of the Filipino love it. You can use any kind of fish in Kinilaw na isda, but this time I used flying fish because it is also delicious eating this kind while it's still raw and fresh. The star of this recipe is the raw fish, vinegar and ginger. Some made their own version like instead of adding vinegar they used lemon or kalamanse as a replacement of the vinegar.

The increase in internet usage in Africa is affected by the influx of imported electronic gadgets. My greatest ambition was to ensure that every Ghanaian kid has access to the internet so that they can achieve more. I hope to see a day when internet data and Wi-Fi are easily accessible to all or many individuals in Ghana. If this works, encouraging many people to share and do more on the hive blockchain will be a huge accomplishment to be proud of.
Chicken Porridge: The Indonesian Breakfast Food That Is Always Debated by @isdarmady
Chicken porridge (or Bubur Ayam in Indonesian Language) is a favorite food for breakfast in our family, and probably many people throughout Indonesia. The basic ingredient of chicken porridge is rice cooked with large amounts of water, so that the resulting texture is like porridge. In addition, due to the long cooking process, the rice and water combine, resulting in a plain and thick rice porridge. The chicken porridge has a simple taste, and what makes it different is the topping.
