Welcome to Hive, your intro post is well done. It tells about you, your background and your goals. You might consider adding it to your blog (reblgging it) so it'll show up under "blog." Right now it's under "all posts", at least while viewing in Peakd.com
Also, remember that this takes time to grow your account and get rewards. There is no fast and easy way. Just be authentic, be yourself, engage with others with honest comments, things will slowly grow.
