Hello friends welcome once again. How are you all, hope you are doing well. In this video I am talking about World Health Date. Which is celebrated every year on 29 September. World Heart Day is a global campaign during which individuals, families, communities and governments around the world participate in activities to care for the health of their own and others' hearts. To celebrate World Heart Day, mass talks, sports events and concerts are run by NGOs to create awareness about CVD ( Cardiovascular disease ). This time the theme of World Heart Day 2021 is - that we aim to use digital healthcare for the prevention, awareness and management of CVD globally. The heart is an important part of the body, everyone knows. The five most important exercises to improve your heart strength. Walking is very good for the heart. On foot we can walk anywhere anytime. Walking fast is very beneficial for the heart. We should avoid eating things that bring obesity. Street food should also not be eaten too much and always keep your weight on average because heart problems increase along with weight gain. Thank you.
